Es la mayor estafa, que he conocido en las páginas de venta online. Realicé una compra de 3 artículos, recibí 2 de ellos. El tercer vestido nunca me lo enviaron y ellos me dijeron que lo anulaban y me hacían el reembolso. De ésto hace varios meses y nada. Les he escrito para reclamarles lo pactado y ya ni siquiera me responden. Espero que les cierren la página y se hundan.

I gave it a 1 star bc it doesn't have zero stars. I ordered 2 months ago a blouse and I have not heard from them. 👎👎👎😡

I had to give it 1 star as I could not give it zero stars. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I placed an order-in May they took my money then 2 weeks later sent me an email to say due to COVID they had issues getting my goods from China this was in the 15th June . I asked for my money back and as I type 30th June I have had no further communication from them. No response to my numerous emails or my refund request.They are horrific to deal with . Their Customer Service is non existent and I am at a loss as to how to retrieve money.DoNOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A TOTAL SHAM.... I wish I had read the many bad reviews before I purchased. I will never be this foolish again.. BAD BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
If you are ininruby and reading this you should be ashamed of yourself ..taking money from people and not refunding is robbery...

Basically this is cheap chit from china. Nothing like picture. Poor quality fabric where the actual design doesn't even match. These garments are very poorly presented and the site is extremely misleading. False advertisement at its best.

I will give it 0 star the quality is more than bad .. they sent my order not complete and they didn't answer my emails ... will never ever order from this supplier and i lost trust of all online shopping.

Publicité mensongère .Une jolie veste vintage commandée en novembre 2019 et jamais reçue . Malgré les promesses de remboursement, 7 mois plus tard, toujours pas de veste ni de remboursement . Par contre l'article est toujours proposé à le vente à ce jour et vous pouvez le commander et le payer sans problème. Il s'agit de publicité mensongère caractérisée . Ne commandez pas surtout pas sur ce site !!!!

Ich habe 10 Mails geschickt die haben jedoch NIE auf meine Fragen geantwortet. Stornierung innert 10 Min. hat nicht geklappt. Man bekommt per Mail keine Bestätigung. Ware vor 2 Monaten bestellt nie etwas erhalten Fr. 400.00 belastet.Absolute Frechheit. Schade, andere chines. Plattformen haben wirklich tolle Kleider, rascher Versand und das Geld habe ich bei Umtausch IMMER erhalten ausser bei ININRUBY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nachtrag es sind wiederum 3 Wochen vergangen immer noch keine Keider anhekommen und nochmals 3 Mail geschrieben und jedes Mal eine Antwort erhalten die weder Hand noch Fuss hatte. Ich empfehle VOVA da hatte ich did Tasche ( wertig innerhalb 3 Wochen) ohne Probleme. Man weiss auch ob die Ware bereits versendet wurde und bekommt auf seine Mailadresse eine Bestätigung.

Hice un pedido y nunca me llegó. No hay a donde reclamar. El sitio no funciona. Ni siquiera tengo el número de pedido por qué el mail de confirmación nunca llego. Pero si me cobraron inmediatamente los 100 dólares!!!

I ordered 3 blouses in April 2020, As of now, I have not received anything. I never got a confirmation number when I placed my order. They advertise beautiful blouses for an inexpensive price. I now see as why!!! This is a scam. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Shipping is outrageous. No more shopping there. Just bought but shipping didn’t give me choice not to proceed. Just hope I get it. Reviews are so negative

Terrible quality, I’m so disappointed, on top of that there is no way to contact them or return my purchase...please don’t waist your time or money in this side.

I got my order today..looks nothing like the picture when I ordered. Cheap, horrible and nasty. The clothes went in the bin as there is no way you can return them without spending more money. How a site can post pictures of clothing but not send you the clothing I'm the images is beyond me. Stay away from these people

Auf E-Mails wurde nur mit einer Standard Mail geantwortet.
Bis heute habe ich das Geld nicht zurück erhalten.

I bought an Electric scooter.for under.40.00 found out it was illegal in UK. Tried to contact Alekseevd.com to camcel but my emails all 4 kept bouncing back. I dont want scooter just my total paid back. If it does.arrive is it worth returning at a cost.to me if i get a return address which might be a dodgy thing in itself

O raring would be better. Please do not buy anything from this company. They are not American though they trade in US$. They are from Hong Kong according to.my bank ststement and the quality is nothing like the product advertised. There are no labels on the clothes either. I was charged $235AUD for what would be a $5 product.

Scam artists...for three months they kept claiming that the shipment is on its way and due to covid it’s delayed when I complained they said there’s nothing they can do because the shipment is out...I never received the shipment and their server started to reject my emails. Needless to say, the shipment tracking website could also be created by them because it also stopped updating.

I ordered 2 items from this scam website. I got one that I have to throw away. I wouldn't even mow the yard in this piece of crap that they sent me. Don't buy from ininruby.

More than 2 months and no package... They have a 'contact us' page but the captcha never works, so it always says code invalid and then you cannot really send your complain! Shameful that instagram and facebook still allow those type of companies to advertise!!

Ordered two tailored, embroidered jackets off this website, because they’re all over Pinterest, they must be legit, right? I got two bomber style jackets in the cheapest, flimsiest possible fabric, printed with a pattern kind-of-sort-of like the ones pictured on their website. Not close to what I ordered in any respect. I was expecting Chinese knock-offs, but this is ridiculous! Terrible website, total scam.
