WARNING:

In my opinion absolutely positively the worst company I have ever dealt with and I buy lots of merchandise online .

Reasons:
1. IninRuby Studio Merchandise not as described
2. IninRuby Studio will bill you for merchandise that they do not send
3. IninRuby Studio Merchandise quality: absolute garbage
4. Chase Visa bank Card will side with IninRuby Studio If you dispute the card charge.

I bought 4 items online. There was no delivery tracking delivered. Payment was made via Paypal. 3 of the 4 items arrived with no explanation of the 4 missing piece. Upon querying via Paypal, the responded advising there was no stock and that refund would be made after the complaint lodged via Paypal have been closed. I have not heard from them since and i am now no longer able to log another complaint via Paypal. I have subsequently written to them twice with no response. The garmets sent were of acceptable quality for the price paid. It was always going to be a copy of the images posted online.

The products were two months for delivery. The clothing is not what I ordered, it looks as if someone sewed it together in 15 minutes. The company did not send my money back. Please do not order anything from this fake company. The clothes are nothing as the advertisement shows. This is false advertisement and this company is using fashion photos to appeal to buyers. Once you receive it, it's nothing like the fashion on the photo. Once you receive your item it's just pieces of material Sewn together. I am devastated spent $190 for blouses that are horrible.

Ya me llegaron dos prendas de cuatro q había comprado, la calidad del producto no es la misma que en sus fotos, no se dejen engañar, es ropa confeccionada con bajos estándares de calidad. No compren de esta marca.

Horrible cs not transparency I ordered 2 months ago and I have waisted so much time to get refunded for one item although they said to me they will for 2 on 3 bought. They reply when they want and they do it because me their policy is that if the items are shipped they don’t need to refund you. Moreover I discovered, if it’s true that the package from Vancouver where it should be shipped went to Montreal and now they say would come back... not believing it! I’m paying for their mistake and for not gave read your reviews on time.

Everyone be worn never ever order from this company never ever order from this company this company is a fraud the items you see on their website are not the items you receive they are of the lowest the only thing you can do with the items is put them in the trash. I had go learn this by spending my hard earned money dont make the mistake I made. This company should be band.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!! I made the mistake of ordering and they:
1-charged me for items that were not available and are forcing me to order something else instead of giving me a refund
2- the order was supposed to arrive within 10-15 working days and its been a month and the order is not here yet (even though i told them i needed the order to be delivered during the agreed upon date as i am travelling)
3- when i emailed them to complain they would not help me in any way neither by giving me a refund for the items they did not ship and took the money for nor by having my items shipped in time.

Very bad customer Service. Inappropriate !!!
No reply to questions and no answers after receiving shirt with not same color and not same pattern as ordered.

Hi! I ordered 10 products on March 23, 2020 and 2 products arrived on July 29, 2020. I did not receive an e-mail explaining that they will arrive so late.
The finished products are an extremely bad copy of the products in the catalog. About $ 400 was not returned to me by the difference.
The 2 products were an embroidered silk dress and an embroidered silk velvet jacket. There were 2 poor copies made of synthetic material very badly painted with patterns that tried to reproduce the embroidered decor but, I repeat, totally failed.
It cost me $ 550 to understand that I don't have to order from a site without there being favorable reviews for it. Next I will have to waste time to recover the rest of my money. I checked with the bank and I think I can track down the exporter and report it to Pinterest, through which I found them.
If you have any advice on how to make this easier, it would be very helpful.

Køb absolut ikke tøj herfra! Det er umulig og ikke eksisterende kundeservice, efter 3 måneder uden at få svar på mine henvendelse, ankommer dele af ordren, der er i næsten komisk dårlig kvalitet - virkelig! Tøjet er helt uden form, stoffet er syntetisk, alt hvad man kan tro er broderinger, detaljer mm. kommer som dårlig print på stof, der ligner billigt fleecetæppe.
Under al kritik, så spar dig for skuffelsen og handl andetsteds

Absolutely pathetic attempt to copy the version in the pic I ordered from. So bad I can't even give the dress away. All emails sent to them bounce back. I want my money back. This company is a fraud.

Desde Mayo hice mi pedido y no ha llegado no hay forma de contactarlos siempre te dice códigos inválidos y la reclamacion no les llega. Recomendare muy mal en todas las redes a esta página si no me llegan mis productos. Interpondré una demanda.

WORSE COMPANY EVER
I ORDERED FEW ITEMS BACK IN JANUARY 2020 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET

I ordered 6 items at the start of May (total cost approx 200$. In following days got an email to say they couldn’t fill order due to covid and were going to refund me ... 50$. After many many attempts to clarify the situation, they said it only applied to some items.. the rest would come. 2.5 months later as of today and nothing has arrived. Disgraceful.

Do not buy from this company. What they advertise is not what you will get. Very cheaply made and not at all the same pattern. This company should be shut down!!! Seriously!

Received items that looked NOTHING like the pictures. Fabric was cheap and not as described. The fit was completely off. When I tried to return they offered a small dollar amount to keep the items without refund. After 4 emails, and my insistence they allow a return, they provided a return address. We will see if they actually refund. DO NOT order from this company.
