I would not recommend Hearing4Heroes…

I would not recommend Hearing4Heroes based on my experience.

Communication was extremely poor. After more than a year, I was still no further forward and repeatedly received the same generic updates with no real progress.

The file was then closed shortly after I requested information about my case, which left me feeling that transparency was being avoided rather than encouraged.

I had already completed the required hearing test and qualified, so the lack of progress and the decision to close the case was very disappointing.

If you're considering using this company, I would encourage you to ask plenty of questions about timescales, communication, and exactly how your claim will be handled before signing up.

Honestly can't recommend this company…

Honestly can't recommend this company enough.
After 4 different plumbers had been out and none of them managed to diagnose the problem properly, he turned up, found the issue and had it fixed within about an hour and a half. Clearly knows his stuff and actually takes the time to explain what's going on rather than just guessing.
He also spotted a couple of other things my current plumber needs to sort and gave me some really helpful advice on those too.
Highly recommend!!!

Amazing service

Amazing service. Got an appointment within 24 hours and completed gas safety check for me . Price was the best I could find. Very professional service . Would use again .

Great heating/emergency service provided

Great service provided! They came at a bit of an 'emergency' situation where our prior heating suddenly was not working and we weren't sure what to do. They were very quick and friendly while providing the repairs and happy to say we are warm in our house again!

Excellent and very responsive service

Adam responded very quickly to a call on a Sunday. We had no hot water and suspected a boiler issue. Adam did a really thorough diagnosis and sorted the problem within the hour. Great service. Very reasonable call out charge. I would recommend him to anyone.
