Delivery men were very polite, and assembled our dining furniture within an hour.
Furniture itself is just as expected: sturdy, strong and modern.

Visited the shop at Brombrough it was lovely.We had a good look around a few things caught our eye and we made a number of purchases which we are made up with.The staff are so friendly always on hand to answer any questions you have.The two men who delivered our purchases where so nice very tidy when they put some of the goods we got together.Get yourself in there you won’t be disappointed

Great experience
Great experience. Visited the Bromborough store, staff very helpful. Purchased over the phone after some thinking time. Delivery was within the allotted timescales and the delivery service was fab. 2 lovely guys who placed furniture and even built the nest of tables. Furniture seems good quality and solid. Will shop at Indigo again.

Disappointed
Unfortunately we’ve not had a great experience with this store. Ordered 2 items to be collected on or just after a certain date as we had a carpet being laid. Went in the day before said date, firstly they couldn’t find our order and we waited and around for ages while they searched and then they told us the items had only just been ordered and then told one was out of stock! They suggested we take their show room model for the out of stock item and said they would now order the other matching item! We had already waited 2 weeks to be told this! No apology and no offer of money off the display model. We asked if we could also have the other item from the display as it will now be another 2 weeks before the item arrives (due to them delaying in ordering it) and they said they couldn’t let us have it! Again no apology. Came to collect the sideboard and no offer of help to the car either.
Just poor communication and service from the team. I won’t be using again :(

Helpful staff in the store
Helpful staff in the store. Our drawer units were delivered on time and we were contacted several times so we could track our delivery time. Delivery drivers very good and helpful placing our units in the correct place for us.

Amazing service from all the staff in…
Amazing service from all the staff in Indigo, we have bought 2 suites, coffee table, tv unit, side tables, imitation trees, rugs. Wish we had a larger house to purchase more!! Furniture definitely has the edge over other stores, well made and looks fantastic. After service is brilliant! The staff helped us in choosing pieces that match and will look great together. If you are looking for a trust worthy, reputable store look no further than Indigo.
