Love this shop i have just had my sofa delivered from the New York range - wow amazing love it and the whole buying process was excellent.
The Palm restaurant is also lovely i travel from North Wales at least once a week for lunch there service and staff are lovely. My favourite shop without a doubt.

As a retired Furniture Restorer I have worked for many furniture retailers over the years including M+S, Laura Ashley and many more top quality retailers and I first worked for Indigo when they had a small shop in Moreton and even then I could tell that the customer service and high end furniture that they provided went above and beyond the norm.
So when my wife and I decided to renew our two sofas I had no hesitation in going to Indigo and found the same high quality furniture and customer service at a very reasonable price.
The two delivery men Rob and Andy where outstanding in the efficient and careful way they delivered and assembled our sofa's.
I have no hesitation in recommending Indigo to anyone looking to purchase furniture.

Everything about our experience with Indigo has been first class, from our first visit to the showroom to the delivery guys leaving the house.
They have a great range of products at very reasonable prices and the service from the instore staff is excellent.
The new dining room furniture we bought arrived on the day expected and they have a tracking system to allow you to see exactly when they’re likely to arrive.
The two guys who delivered the furniture were great - sadly I didn’t get their names - but they were very careful bringing everything in and made sure everything was properly assembled.
We are delighted with our purchase and will definitely put Indigo at the top of our list for future purchases.

Fantastic service from beginning to end . Service in store right through to delivery. They delayed ordering of sofas to fit in around our timeline and then later delayed delivery a couple of weeks too as we weren’t quite ready. All staff were extremely helpful and polite . This shop is just amazing. A beautiful range of quality products at reasonable prices. Staff go out of their way to help and it's a pleasure to just browse with no hard sell at all. There is a delightful cafe within the shop which sells divine food in a gorgeous environment.

Have had furniture from Indigo before, and has lasted for over ten years.
So I decided to buy some new furniture, and the first shop I went to was Indigo it was very friendly service that gave me a good deal, and delivered and set up from friendly staff.
I would highly recommend.
