Courteous and friendly and took care when unpacking my furniture and used shoe covers when entering my home. Placed were i requested. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Delivery was seamless and arrived on time- I was kept informed of time frame which was very helpful.
Furniture is as lovely as I remembered from ordering it in the store and fits perfectly in the room.
Nothing was too much trouble - from all the staff in store that were really helpful to the 2 delivery men who made sure everything was where we needed it to be in the room…. Highly recommend Indigo for furniture and accessories- such a great choice in store.

Delighted with the service from Indigo. Advice and service in store from Alice when ordering was excellent. Delivery smooth and professional, with two friendly blokes whose name I sadly didn’t get! Furniture as expected and excellent quality. All round a 5 star experience!

My favourite shop
My favourite shop, furniture is beautiful and good quality. Recently received my new sofa which arrived on time. I was kept upto date on the day and the delivery guys were very professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure my sofa was in place and ready to use.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Indigo. All the staff are very friendly and professional in their approach and also offer good advice. Also Palm coffee lounge is amazing too.

After purchasing a beautiful sofa I was offered delivery.
Two lovely gentleman turned up perfectly on time and nothing was too much trouble, they treated my property with respect and the sofa was installed exactly where I asked.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. A table which was purchased in January had a slight defect. This wasn't seen immediately. Indigo replaced the table top. Laine and her staff give excellent customer service and its always a pleasure to shop there and of course have great cup of coffee. The furniture is beautiful and outstanding quality. We’d like to clarify a few points. The price of the sofa, like all our furniture, was clearly displayed as the product-only price, with delivery and assembly being an optional extra. This was explained at the point of sale, and we also made it clear that you were more than welcome to collect the sofa yourself, completely free of charge.
The sofa you purchased was already discounted by 30%, making it an incredible deal. On top of that, our delivery and assembly service is just £55—significantly less than what larger furniture chains charge. For example, DFS (£129), Sofology (£119), ScS (£119), and Furniture Village (£109) all charge far more. As a small, family-run business, we simply cannot absorb these costs, as they cover the van, insurance, fuel, and fair wages for our hardworking delivery team.
We put in a huge amount of effort to provide excellent service, which is reflected in our countless 5-star reviews. It’s disheartening to see a 4-star review, especially when we did everything we could to be transparent and fair. We truly appreciate your support, but every single star matters to a small business like ours.
