First time customer
First time customer. Ordered items online for 3-5 working days delivery and 2 days later they’ve arrived. Not only an efficient problem free delivery by Yodel, but this company’s outer packaging was discreet, not giving away any details of the contents. Very pleased with this order. My only error is I forgot to add two 250ml Tena wash creams to the original order. I’ll have to wait until I have need for another order as the postage for just these forgotten items is expensive.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I bought 6 packs of tena flex and paid the small amount for next day and had the delivered to my work place. It dawned on me that they may be packed in one box so I phoned and asked for them to be packed in 2 boxes as I have a bad back and they would be too heavy for me to lift, and wouldn't want my colleagues seeing them if I opened the box to split them. They came packed in 2 boxes inside one larger one, all plain cardboard. This was on the morning of despatch, and I got them at 11.00 am. Very pleased with the service and the price. I will be a faithful customer from now on.
Thanks.

Every thing went like clockwork
Every thing went like clockwork, the only thing that could have made things awkward was my inability to be efficient with the I Pad.

The service is good
The service is good. However, I'm not impressed by how you hike the starting price – with firstly VAT then delivery cost.
An up-front cost would be much more honest.

Collection from garage haphazard. Couriers fault.
Notification of delivery by courier to collection point was hap hazard.
No text was sent to my phone so there was a long delay resulting in a lengthy queue (it was a garage) with some irritated people.

Great site
Great site, easy to order, speedy delivery, correct goods, already using. However, I rather think they are old stock!
I would also like the option of buying a box full of six packs, instead of odd numbers, eg: 5 or 7 - most disconcerting!
Thank you.
