Ciara was a knowledgeable and engaging trainer. The resources provided to explain and demonstrate first aid situations were really helpful to cement the learning. Would recommend this course to anyone caring for children.

I attended a baby and child first aid course this afternoon in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. As I’m now a first time grandmother and am about to start as a post natal doula, I thought it would be a good thing to do! Vanessa was great. Warm and welcoming, thorough, and knowledgable. We could ask as many questions as we liked and practise on dummies. The course covered everything one should know when around small humans and would also be useful in any situation with anyone who needed first aid. Highly recommend.

I attended the paediatric first aid training course for work and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Marlene is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable, and fun first aid trainers I’ve ever come across.

She is incredibly experienced and explains everything in a clear, simple, and easy-to-understand way. The session wasn’t dry or boring at all; in fact, we all had a good laugh, which made the time fly by! She demonstrated the practical skills clearly and gave us plenty of opportunities to practise until everyone felt confident.

I’m so glad I had Marlene as my trainer. She made the whole experience enjoyable, engaging, and informative, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I left the course feeling confident in my first aid skills and much better prepared to handle an emergency. Thank you, Marlene, for such a fantastic training experience!

My husband, father-in-law and I attended a Baby Mini First Aid course yesterday evening, and we all thought it was fantastic!

Liz Watt was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, knowledgeable and brilliant at explaining everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

She also took the time to do 1:1 explaining and demonstrating on the practice baby mannequins, which we all found was really useful. Plus it was great that we also got to be involved and have a go!

With a little one on the way, it was so reassuring to learn what to do in an emergency and feel more confident and prepared if anything were to happen.

We all came away feeling much more knowledgeable and at ease. Such a worthwhile course, especially for expectant parents and grandparents!

Amazing Mini First Aid Baby & Child Course!

I attended the Mini First Aid Baby & Child course on Saturday with Carly, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! It was so informative, and I came away feeling much more confident and reassured as a parent.

With weaning just around the corner, it was particularly helpful to learn what to do in the event of choking and other emergencies involving babies and children. I had never attended a first aid course before, so I learnt so much and feel that the knowledge we gained is invaluable.

Carly was absolutely amazing! She made the session engaging and enjoyable, quizzed us throughout to check our understanding, and gave us plenty of hands-on practice so we could put what we’d learnt into action.

I would highly recommend this course to all parents and parents-to-be. It’s such a worthwhile thing to do and gives you the knowledge and confidence to know how to respond in an emergency. Thank you, Carly, for such a brilliant session!

Excellent First Aid Course – Highly Recommended!

I completed my first aid course with Andrea at home on 7th October, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Andrea was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, patient and helpful, and she explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand.

The course was very informative without feeling overwhelming, and I now feel much more confident and prepared about what to do in an emergency. Andrea answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything.

I really enjoyed the course and would highly recommend Andrea and Mini First Aid to anyone looking to do a first aid course. Thank you, Andrea, for making the whole experience so positive and enjoyable!

I recently attended a class in Hitchin run by a lady called Gemma.
Not only was she very welcoming, she was also very informative. I was instantly put at ease by her caring nature and felt very comfortable throughout the class.
I would recommend both Mini first aid and Gemma as an instructor to anyone requiring first aid training.

Had a session with Lynn and it was excellent.
Really can't recommend enough so informative (but not overwhelming), not expensive and I left with peace of mind knowing what to do in an emergency - and it was actually a good laugh as well!
I will be sure to do a refresher course in the future and will be recommending to friends and family! Thank you!

Mini first aid is a highly recommended choice for any family/friends setting. We hosted a group mini first aid training event from the comfort of our own home. Nicky arrived early to set up and the course ran for 2 plus hours and was tailored to exactly the areas of focus we requested. Being a smaller group we all had access to the training dummies which meant we all got some really good hands on practise with both the baby and older child dummies for situations such as choking , recovery positions and CPR. Also had some anaphylaxis training and were able to use the training pens which helped build confidence for any situations that could pose themselves to us.
Great trainer, great flexibility and great value for money.
