We’re sorry the material wasn’t to your personal taste. However, we do feel expectations should remain realistic: this was a complete two-piece ready-to-wear printed suit—including both the shirt and trousers—purchased for just £20 on 18 July.
At a time when even a takeaway can cost more than £10, we believe £20 represents exceptional value for a complete outfit. It would be unreasonable to expect the fabric and finish of a luxury designer garment at this price point, but we always describe our products honestly so customers can make an informed decision.
If the outfit genuinely fell so far below your expectations, you could have returned it within the returns period and received the full £20 purchase price back. Keeping the item suggests that, despite not liking the material, you still considered it worth retaining.

I bought the same suit in beige from the shop floor but now I ordered online and it’s not the same the kameez is a lot shorter and the trousers aren’t as wide as the beige trousers

The product page clearly states a 44-inch shirt length, while the photographs and video show the style of trousers included; wide-leg trousers are not pictured or described. We also did not receive any enquiry from you before ordering or any contact afterwards to discuss your concerns.
Our returns policy is available on the website, and we would have been happy to explain the product details or assist with a return in accordance with that policy had you contacted us.
