Love Parcels is a UK-based specialist in premium parcel boxes and contemporary letterboxes designed for modern homes and businesses. Our products are created to combine robust security with refined aesthetics — engineered to complement architectural styles while providing dependable protection for deliveries. We founded I Love Parcels after experiencing the everyday frustrations of missed deliveries, exposed parcels and unreliable drop-offs. As online shopping became part of daily life, it was clear that homes needed a smarter, more secure solution. Our goal was simple: create parcel boxes that are practical, durable and visually considered — not just functional metal containers. Our range includes wall-mounted, fence-mounted and built-in parcel boxes, as well as personalised letterboxes and accessories. Each unit is manufactured from quality materials, professionally powder coated for outdoor durability and designed with thoughtful features that balance capacity, usability and security. We prioritise solid construction, clean lines and long-term performance over low-cost, lightweight alternatives. We serve homeowners, architects, developers and trade partners across the UK who value reliability, finish and design integrity. Larger models are palletised for protection, and every order is dispatched with clear communication and careful packaging. Continuous refinement is central to our approach. Over time we have evolved our designs, installation guidance and customer processes in response to real-world feedback and changing delivery habits. We believe improvement is ongoing, not occasional. At I Love Parcels, we focus on creating delivery solutions that offer genuine peace of mind — secure, durable and built to last. Engineered for elegance. Built for life. ⸻

Smart Looking & Roomy Parcel Box
Great parcel box, looks very smart.
ILoveParcels were really helpful when UPS managed to screw up delivery (I had the temerity to change the delivery date with them in good time, which seemingly threw this global organisation into chaos) and I can't fault anything about the product or the supplier. I'd avoid UPS again like the plague where possible.

Great product, well made and as described. Very pleased.
UPS were awful though, if I were you I’d change courier. They were 2 days later than they said with delivery and I received no notification or collection code.

Bad customer service and poor quality products
Really disappointed with this purchase. Our parcel box started rusting within just 5 months, which is completely unacceptable for an outdoor product.
When we contacted customer service, we were simply told that coastal areas aren’t covered under warranty — something that wasn’t made clear at the point of purchase. Living in a coastal area shouldn’t mean a product fails this quickly.
On top of that, the flap doesn’t stay shut properly and keeps opening, meaning our post regularly gets soaked when it rains.
Overall, poor quality and even worse customer service. Would not recommend.

Hi Charlotte,
Thank you for your review - and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience.
Our products are designed and tested for outdoor use; however environmental conditions can vary significantly. In coastal locations, particularly those directly exposed to sea air, higher salt levels can accelerate wear on metal surfaces more quickly than in typical environments.
That said, we appreciate this may not have been as clear as it should have been at the point of purchase, and we will take that feedback on board.
In terms of the flap not staying shut, that is not something we would expect in normal use. As mentioned by our customer service team, we would very much like to inspect this further under our warranty policy.
We take both product performance and customer experience seriously and are continually reviewing and refining our products based on real-world use and feedback.
If you’d like to proceed, please get in touch and we’ll take this forward as quickly as possible.
Kind regards,

Not secure: can be opened by thieves more easily than you think
We bought the "Extra Large Built In Parcel Box. Outdoor Garden". A thief opened it last weekend by just pulling the sides apart by hand until the door falls out. They didn't need any tools. When I contacted iloveparcels I was told that I was outside warranty and ...
"Our parcel boxes are designed to help protect deliveries and include an anti-theft mechanism that prevents access through the chute. However, they are not designed to be completely tamper-proof or to the same standard as a secure safe, and unfortunately determined individuals may still find ways to force entry."
So be warned, the boxes are OK but only as a mild deterrent.

Hi Mike,
We’re very sorry to see what’s happened, we completely understand how frustrating that must be.
Our parcel boxes are designed to securely receive deliveries and deter opportunistic theft in everyday use. As with other external items around the home, security is based on deterrence rather than absolute prevention, and they are not intended to withstand deliberate forced entry.
That said, what you’ve experienced is not typical, and we do take feedback like this seriously. We are continually reviewing and refining our designs to improve strength and durability where possible.
If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly.
Kind regards,
I Love Parcels

Hi Mr Newland,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the parcel capacity.
Each of our parcel boxes is designed to accept parcels up to a clearly stated maximum size, which varies depending on the model selected. The maximum parcel dimensions are listed on the product page so customers can check suitability before ordering.
That said, we completely understand how frustrating it can be if a particular delivery doesn’t fit as expected. If you’d like to contact us at hi@iloveparcels.com or on 02476 993079, we’d be very happy to discuss the type of parcels you typically receive and advise on whether a larger model would better suit your needs.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are always here to help ensure you have the right solution for your property.

Awful company
Awful company, bought a post/parcel box and I Love Parcels sent us the wrong keys so we can't open the lock. Got in touch with Tracey from customer services who suggest we buy some new keys. Avoid this company at all costs.

Svar från I Love Parcels
Hi,
We’re sorry this situation was frustrating.
When you contacted us regarding the keys, we reviewed the lock code provided. The code supplied did not match the lock system used on our products, which suggested there may have been some confusion with the keys in question.
We attempted to contact you by phone on two occasions and also emailed several times to try and resolve this and understand the situation fully, but unfortunately we didn’t receive a response.
We are always committed to resolving genuine issues and would never knowingly leave a customer unable to access their parcel box. If you would still like assistance, please contact us directly at hi@iloveparcels.com or on 02476 993079 and we will be very happy to help.
