Worst customer service ever
I recently purchased an item from here online. They used Evri to deliver and the driver left my package on display and not somewhere safe or with a neighbour. When I got home later that day, the package was gone. I contacted them immediately and asked for a refund. I kept receiving the same response from their customer service team saying to give them 2 days to find out what’s happened and they will be back in touch. Each time I received no further reply and had to chase to be told the same thing again. After almost a month they said I had not replied to their email requesting information and refused my refund request. I asked for proof of this email I allegedly did not respond to as I had sent them emails every 48 hours and was not given one. I placed a data subject access request and asked to raise a complaint and both were ignored. I advised they were breaching UK consumer laws and their response was for me to contact Evri myself with a reference number. I did and Evri said they had nothing under the reference number provided. This is now taken well over a month and they have illegally withheld my money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be raising a complaint with the ICO about not following GDPR guidelines and reporting them to trading standards as it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the goods reach a consumer and they should not be making a refund request difficult for anyone.
