I have used the Kierra Laser Hair Growth Cap (272 Premiere) since late November, 2024. I've been very pleased with its performance and have seen visible results of hair loss reduction and new growth in certain problem areas. I've recently had some problems with the battery and am receiving exception customer service is my efforts to replace the battery. Response time to my inquiries is always the same day and many times within the hour. Highly recommend product and customer service.

Just wanted to say, Illumiflow really stands behind their product. I had an issue and it was resolved quickly. The product not only has retained the hair I have, it also stimulated new hair growth!
I'm happy with the product and the company that's behind their product!

I am from the baby boomer gen and I wish they had this cap available when I was younger. I had been losing my hair in the crown area for many years. I tried medications along with shampoos and other hair growth products with no significant results. The cap gave me hair growth very slowly and now to the point where I do not have that shiny crown skin look. I have younger friends that have bought the cap after seeing my positive results and their results were quicker and more dramatic. Had an issue with cap performance later on (some lasers were not always working) and the company replaced it with another new cap since it was under warranty. Great customer support. Overall quality of product was on par with other caps on the market that were more expensive. Very competitive pricing when compared to other products.

I knew I was thinning at my part and my crown but - after seeing my white scalp on every photo people took of me! I bought a 272 pro Illumiflow cap out of desperation! - been using it 3x per week -Problem solved! - no more issues - Thank goodness! Really works great - Very happy with the results.

I have been a diligent user of my Illumiflow cap since 2021 and it has been a game changer. I use it in conjunction with Nutrafol supplements, oral minoxidil and a satin sleep pillowcase.
And the customer service at Illumiflow is excellent. They are very responsive and have sent me a replacement battery when mine stopped working.
Would highly recommend this cap for female hair loss!

This is a revised review, customer service helped me with the return. Not sure why they say no returns and process took a while. Refunded.

Simply put, their Service Manager went to extraordinary efforts to get my 'hat' up and running again. There is no good reason to ever stop using my Illumiflow. I believe it is working for me and with the assistance of customer service, won't have to worry about it ever go out of service.

Have been using for almost 2 months and have seen better hair retention. Easy to fit into my morning routine too.

The support staff responded quickly to my questions and made it possible for me to replace my Illumiflow 272 pro cap quickly. I used the cap 3 times a week with successful increase in hair density and reduced shedding for 5 years before it stopped working. It is a vital part of my hair growth and retension program that also includes minoxidil, PRP and microneedling. My hair looks so much fuller since I started using the laser cap treatments in 2021.

I bought the laser cap 272 and has been using it consistently since end of March. I ordered shampoo and it didn’t arrive . Last week my battery charger broke. I felt that customer is good but response time is slow
My shampoo for example didn’t get replaced for a month.
I did notice some change on my hair growth that it seems like my hair is growing faster. However not much visible improvement in the problem area .
I am hopeful though.

Amazing customer service coupled with a great product that really works!

Hi, I initially started using the cap every 3 days. 2 months into it, I switched to everyday and them noticed a change after month 7. I noticed smaller thin hairs in areas that were patchy. I strongly recommend trying this product for 6 months, you will see a difference.

I liked the hair growth benefits and that I knew the technology was not on the cheaper end. I liked that I could avoid using drugs to maintain hair growth. I wish the cap provided full coverage. I feel that I may be missing the front of my scalp sometimes.

Very much enjoying the illlumiflow cap. It is very easy to use and both my husband and I have adopted it as part of our nighttime routine. I enjoy that it works passively so you can go about your evening without having to add anything additional. We researched all of the options for similar products and found the Illumiflow had all of the power and features of the best caps at a very competitive price. I look forward to seeing our results!

This is the best product ever and it actually does what it says it will do. My hair has never looked thicker and longer. So glad I found this!

I had an issue with a battery pack that had stopped charging, and Illumiflow support were excellent. Amy replied quickly, was helpful and friendly, and arranged a replacement without any hassle. Really reassuring service and a good example of a company standing behind its products.

When a part breaks down they send me a replacement part sometimes free of charge. I wish all companies are like that. The cap works great and my hair is thicker providing more coverage.
