I'm very happy with my results! I have fine blonde hair and in my 60's. I began to see my hair shedding in large amounts. My hair dresser highly recommended the Illumiflow cap. He experienced hair loss and had great results using the Illumiflow cap. After many hours of my own research and reading product reviews I decided to take his advice. I've had my cap for 4 years now and saw improvement in my hair growth in the first month. After 3 months it was so nice to see my bangs filling in with the baby hairs underneath along the scalp line getting longer. When I'd stand in the sunlight and run a comb thru my hair starting underneath, I could see hair sticking up and growing all over my scalp. It's so great to see the new growth! There are still occasional times when I've had periods of stress and 3 months later the shed starts, but I know my cap helps support my scalp and helps to keep my follicles growing the hair again.
I had problems with my cap recently and experienced excellent support from customer service from Amy. She replied the same day and sent me a list of steps to troubleshoot. She determined it was the battery and is sending a new one. They stand behind their product and it really works. I just wish I had taken before photos but I see the results! Side note, I didn't use the baseball cap but used the black band around the edge of the cap and it blocked out all the red light.

I have been using illumiflow for a while now and have had qood results overall I have noticed that mv hair fall has reduced and have noticed tiny hair growing in the areas where I had thinning hair. I am overall quite satisfied with this product and would recommend this product as a worthwhile investment

I've been using my cap for over 4 years; it helped tremendously with hair regrowth after Covid, when my curly hair became thin and lay very flat on my head. All hair goes through cycles and as I get older, I see more baby hairs growing in after the shedding cycle. Since using my Illumiflow cap, My hair grows faster and longer than before. My individual hairs are healthier, stronger, thicker and grow longer. I plan to keep using my Illumiflow cap the rest of my life to keep it this way!

I’m very pleased with my Illumiflow red light therapy cap overall. After using it consistently, I noticed a clear increase in hair growth in as little as six months, which has made a meaningful difference for me.
Unfortunately, my cap is now not working properly, and I was told the issue is the battery. Since the cap is less than six months old, I’m disappointed that the battery is apparently not covered under the warranty and that I’m being asked to pay $19.99 for shipping. In my view, a battery failure this soon after purchase should be addressed at no cost to the customer—including shipping.
I truly like the product and have had positive results, but I hope Illumiflow will reconsider its warranty approach for early battery issues. A company that stands behind a product that delivers results should also provide better support when a key component fails so soon after purchase.

I’ve been using Illumiflow laser cap for years. Recently it the stopped working. I try to figure out it myself and gave up. I was concerned that i would lose the hair that laser cap helped grow.
I emailed Illumiflow customer service for assistance. I did the eye roll thing thinking I was going to get the runaround.
Boy, was I wrong. I got Amy, service manager. I explained the issue and she guided me through some problem solving ideas.
Nothing worked. At that moment, I felt like I could feel my hair falling out…but..luck would have it my laser cap was still under warranty! The warranty process was very smooth and quick. I returned the dead laser cap and the new replacement was already being processed to be mailed to me. I’m an old guy, vain too, and this laser cap did its job for me. The customer service was outstanding. I definitely use them again.

I have spent a lot of hair Treatment Products that states it will grow hair and I have been disappointed in every one of them. Then my wife told me about the Kiierr Laser Helmet. Naturally I was still skeptical, but ordered the Kiierr Laser Helmet. After using the Helmet for three months, I actually noticed a difference in my hair growth. Looking forward to seeing my results in 6 months. I would definitely recommend the Kiierr laser Helmet. Don't waste your money on topical hair Growth Treatment.

I’ve been using this cap daily since April, strictly following the instructions. So far, I haven't seen any visible hair growth, though I know it takes time and I’m remaining hopeful for the coming months. What makes it a solid 3.5/5 for me right now is the customer service, they’ve been responsive, friendly, and quick to address my questions while I wait on results.

The Illumiflow red light hair cap gave me the reassurance I needed, by preventing me from loosing anymore hair.

Going into my 30's, I noticed my colleagues were all beginning to have a receding hairline. Did not want to have to undergo hair transplant surgery, so I found Illuminiflow and trusted their red light cap.
