Je suis très satisfait de mon achat, la machine fonctionne très bien et à un bon rythme. Un petit manque de puissance pour l’absorptions des fumées qui encrasse le laser mais après une utilisation très poussé.
Le service support est très agréable et répond très vite en trouvant une solution. j'utilise 3 machines 70 MAX PRO

Da gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, die Maschine IKIER K1 ist Stabil und robust gebaut. Nach ca. einem dreiviertel Jahr wollte sie nicht mehr. Habe mich an den Support gewandt und ohne große Diskussionen Hilfe und Ersatz bekommen. Da können sich manche Deutschen Firmen ein Beispiel dran nehmen.

Bin mit dem Laser sehr zufrieden.
Er hatte zwar schon 2 kleine Defekte die aber dank des guten serviceteam von Ikier schnell behoben wurden.
Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist das ich die Schäden selber bezahlen musste und es nicht auf Kulanz gemacht wurde weil der Laser kurz nach der Garantiezeit von 1 Jahr defekt ging

I own an Iker K1 Ultra 36W, which is a truly exceptional cutter! After using it for a while, I had some issues with the Z-axis because it wouldn't hone properly. I contacted support, who promptly provided me with replacement parts. Having an efficient after-sales service is definitely an added bonus to any purchase! Thanks Ikier!

Après avoir commandé un Ikier K1 Pro avec tête IR et tête diode 24/48 W, il y avait un problème avec la mise au point automatique. J'ai contacté le support, après quelques tests, le problème venait du switch de position haute de tête. Le support m'a envoyé le switch de remplacement et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Support rapide et compétent. Merci encore.

Through my stupidity and lack of understanding of the internet.and a series of mispelt email addresses adjusting a payment through pay pal turned into a bit of a nightmare for me.however ikier support helped me to get it sorted.and I am now on the right track.Thank you Phylis and I wish you well .

My choice for the first laser machine after extensive search was iKier K1 Pro Max. I liked the design and parameters of the machine beside that laser head with 2 power option to easy toggle with switch, which is very convenient to use. For engraving 24W and 48W for cutting or 3D Depth Maps engraving, and that works great! I had some issues also with the machine, but this rather normal with such a equipment, but what surprised me the most beside really good deal on laser, is the high level of support! Seriously this company takes every customer seriously, they provided me the parts, constant email support and even video call! I have received tons of handy video how to make some of the reparation and adjustments and I was able to continue my work until now. Also special thanks to one of them most kind woman in support I ever meet, Greetings Phyllis, you deserve some kind words too! Thank guys!
