Fantastic experience

We have just had our items collected. From start of enquiry until picking up of our items we’ve had excellent communication. Dominic in particular has been extremely efficient and professional, responding quickly to any queries. The pick up crew were very pleasant and speedy in safely moving our items. We greatly appreciated the flexibility of the service when we ended up needing a last minute change to pick up. Fantastic service from start to finish! The team was excellent throughout the entire process. They were always in contact, easy to reach and consistently helpful whenever I had a question. I used Ignite Relocations to move items from UK to USA
I used Ignite Relocations to move items from the UK to USA after talking with multiple companies. The team set-up a video call to look at my stuff and assess the size of the shipment, but they also gave me advice based on their experience on how to prepare items for packing. I was assigned a team member to manage the whole process: she kept in regular contact throughout and her extensive experience in the industry was obvious. The packing crew turned up and did an excellent job in very short order (painless). I was kept abreast of the where my shipment was throughout the process and was contacted by their US partner with updates on the customs status and to arrange a date and time for delivery. The delivery was also painless with the guys unpacking the furniture items, placing them where I wanted, and removing the packaging. They also commented that they do a lot of international deliveries and the packing done by Ignite's team in the UK was "best-in-class".

My move from the UK back to the USA went perfectly thanks to the helpful and personable staff at Ignite Relocations. I felt in good hands with this international shipping company. Dominic was my first point of contact and handled my booking, and Emma was my move coordinator after that. Both were very kind and supportive and swiftly responsive to any questions I had. I also received timely updates during each phase of the shipping process. Lessons learnt needed to help customers validate volume estimations and preparedness
We used Ignite to help us with our big family move from London to Australia. Josh and Emma were very helpful throughout the process to educate us on the move process.
The packing and moving itself did not quite go as expected, as we had significantly underestimated our required shipping volume by 3x. Unfortunately, we also experienced some damage during the shipping of our items, however we have since followed up with Ignite customer services team to help address lessons learnt and recover the losses.
For any first timers unsure moving home and unsure how to visualise the capacity to book for, it's worth ensuring a video call is scheduled in as this will help Ignite adjust any estimations, prepare movers adequately and avoid last minute surprises.
Also, ensure you itemise as much as possible, particularly for any high value items, as this will be necessary in the event you need to make any insurance claim upon delivery.
In our case we were too conservative with our estimations and that made it difficult later on to claim replacement value for any items not accounted for. Lessons learnt all round.
