I recently moved from the UK to the US…
I recently moved from the UK to the US and, having never moved abroad before, the process of packing up the house and shipping it overseas was daunting. Emma at Ignite made the entire process so simple and stress-free. She was able to create a quote for all of my things (for both air and sea), schedule 2 collection dates (one well in advance and another just a few days before I left) where I hardly lifted a finger, guided me through the customs forms, and stayed with me until the final delivery of all my things in the US. Emma was extremely kind, professional and responsive through the entire process. I would highly recommend Ignite.

Impeccable service
From start to finish they were impeccable. There were some delays but none down to Ignite, and the communication and hard work they undertook to minimise the impact was first class. Emma was amazing throughout from initial quoting to taking full ownership of every step of the move. The agents on the final leg that were contracted by Ignite to do the delivery to my new house were fantastic. Great experience all round

Really positive experience - great service, good price
I had a really positive experience with Ignite Relocations coordinating moving of furniture etc from the UK to Australia. Emma was incredibly proactive and helpful - I really valued her friendly approach on the phone and experience. It was reassuring knowing everything was on track while preparing the move, and then with constant check-ins over email while items were being shipped and final delivery was being organised. I found ignite via a quote comparison tool and they were competitively priced, and I'd strongly recommend them for a high standard of service and reasonable cost.

This was my second time using Ignite…
This was my second time using Ignite Relocations and once again, first class service from beginning to end. My move involved shipping from Qatar to England. Unfortunately, the war in the Gulf region started days after my items were collected, so they ended up being stuck for a few months, whilst alternative routes were organised. The commuication from the Ignite Relocation office was excellent, and we patiently waited for updates. Eventually, my shipment was on its way and has now arrived safely back in England. This moving company has a friendly, dedicated team who really do their best to make shipping as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Ignite Relocations and I would't hesitate to use them again.

Couldn't get much better than this.
Right from the start Emma at Ignite was amazing. She followed up any queries we had, she was thorough and diligent in all communications and she chased up info when we asked. I would rate these guys 4.5 stars. Very good to deal with. Emma was looking after our whole journey and did a great job with keeping in touch. The packing side of things was exceptional, I mean nothing broken, and we used these guys to ship all of our stuff to Dubai (from UK) and back again (because of the war). I would highly recommend Ignite and use them again without hestitation.

Ignite Relocations quoted us on our relocation back to South Africa
Ignite Relocations quoted us on our move from England back to South Africa. I found Dominic extremely knowledgeable on local South African taxes and duties. He highlighted a potential significant additional cost to us that we needed to consider at the time. He was also one of the few suppliers to regularly follow-up on the quotation. Given this experience I would recommend them for an international removal.

Fantastic experience
