Thank you for the lovely review. After a prolonged absence of classes, we are seeing higher than normal levels of Dancewear purchasing . Whilst we hold over double the inventory of any other competitor, that doesn’t always mean we ourselves aren’t impacted occasionally by our own suppliers during this time. Whilst we always hope to despatch everything from stock, sometimes there can be delays. Hopefully your next order will be 100% fulfilled.

Love the costumes and customer service was good! Had to make a refund for 2 costumes. It took almost a month for the refund but I'm still happy to keep purchasing costumes with IDS. Quality is superb and worth what you're paying for. Thank you IDS.

I am sorry the reply is so delayed but i am catching up with the messages after having been furloughed. It is good to hear that you are happy with our service as we always do our best to look after our customers.
Disgusting customer service when the order was wrong!!
Disgusting customer service!!! After a ‘difficult’ order process during which no-one seemed to have any product knowledge and I was passed from pillar to post. Sent the wrong items and then Tyler who is apparently a Team Leader tried to make out they were doing me a favour when ‘resolving’ matters! Perhaps customer service need to brush up in their knowledge of the Sale of Goods and Services Act! This order caused me an inordinate amount of inconvenience and IDS were nothing but patronising.
UPDATE TO REPLY:
Thank you for your reply however it took two more long telephone calls to put this right. Further the order being wrong meant a two hour drive in my time, at my expense and my inconvenience. In addition stating that I was told not to ‘bother returning the items as it would not be worth the postage’ does not fill me with confidence as to the quality of product. The items are of no value to me if they do not fit. I was offered in compensation a £25.00 credit which is not any compensation at all and under the Sale of Goods and Services Act is not in fact compensation. I am entitled to replacement goods which you have supplied but also compensation for any loss and damages which you have not supplied.

We do of course apologise once again that you were initially sent some incorrect items however the correct ones were sent as soon as we were made aware of the issue and you received all correct items the following day, and we advised that a return of the incorrect ones is not required.

Assolutamente da sconsigliare. Merce scadente, personale sgarbato e non professionale.
Mi hanno fregato quasi €100 dicendo che la banca intermediaria ha convertito euro in sterline e quindi a loro era arrivato un bonifico più basso! Ma quando ho chiesto i contatti della loro banca per risolvere la questione hanno risposto che il mio conto era stato chiuso! Attenzione a non farvi fregare!!!

Tuttavia, come da previe e numerose cominicazioni, in qualità di azienda beneficiaria del pagamento non possiamo agire sull’errore commesso durante l’emissione del bonifico. Al fine di poter recuperare la differenza dovuta al cambio di valuta effettuato per errore, essendo lei l’ordinante deve rivolgersi direttamente alla banca che ha emesso il bonifico.
Per quanto riguarda i dettagli della nostra banca, come spiegato non divulghiamo i dati a terzi, ma troverà tutti i dettagli della transazione in questione nelle email che le abbiamo inviato in data 10 e 11 luglio 2019.
Come sempre rimaniamo a disposizione per ulteriori chiarimenti.
