I have been with iDNET for almost 15 years and would not consider any other internet provider. I switched to fast fibre last year and the process went smoothly.
I find staff very helpful (especially Chloe) and their technical support is first class.

Customer service is second to none
Customer service is second to none. Always helpful and delivered more than they promised. Wish we were staying with them but at this time they don’t deliver fibre to our post code. As soon as they do we will switch back to them. Top rated- thank you

Fantastic customer service. Knowledgeable people on the end of the phone line that can assist with setup. Speedy, low latency connection.
None of the deep phone menu options or call centre ‘pinball’ that you get with other providers. Such a relief.

I have been with IDNet for more than 5…
I have been with IDNet for more than 5 years with FTTC (part copper line) including a BT landline number. Good support and customer service. Then I moved to a new address so I upgraded to FTTP (full fibre with CityFibre), including VOIP phone (retaining the same number). I supply my own Fritz!Box router 7690 (UK version). Setting up the router was very easy but took me a while to figure out I needed to click one of the options (the last option about connecting to external modem - the first two options didn't work, while the 3rd option is about connecting to another modem (it is actually the CityFibre hub but the German called them modem. Might just be my understanding). Then all got connected. Ordered a VOIP phone Yealink W73P from IDNet and just plugged it into the router and called the technical support to get it connected. Shut down and wait for 10 mins before rebooting, and it just worked!
Overall, I am very happy as everything just works. FTTP speed is brilliant. At around 490 mbps for download and upload. The package I ordered was Home Fibre 550 (with CityFirbre).
All good. Highly recommended! Good support etc.

Cityfibre fitted everything on Wednesday afternoon and said it would take about an hour for it to be up and running. Still wasn't working Thursday so rang to report. Chloe was great and said it would be fixed at their end.Still not working Friday so i rang again, Chloe was going to chase it up. Now Saturday and still not working!

Uk call centre with excellent staff, great speeds, completely reliable. If you have an issue you can quickly and easily get through to someone who speaks your language and is able to help.
After the horrors of Virgin Media, dealing with IDNet is a revelation!

Effortless Switch. Excellent Service.
Switched from Virgin Media to IDNet, as I was tired of my loyalty being exploited. Leaving an ISP used to be a pain in the backside but IDNet handled it all through the One Touch service. New internet was online on the agreed date, they arranged for the cancellation with Virgin Media and total downtime was ~5-10 minutes. Engineer was polite, friendly, on-time and got the job done with minimal hassle, despite it being a problematic location. New fibre to the premises connection has been flawless since install. Couldn't be happier, so far.
