Pretty much faultless service since switching from Vodafone six years ago. When I have needed to call them they’ve been easy to contact, answered my questions immediately and resolved my issues (3rd party server issue) really quickly.

When I switched to fibre from wire-broadband it was seamless and the small setup problem I had with the new router was sorted very quickly over the phone.

Been with IDNET for a lot of years (knocking 20 I think) and never once had any real problem and only ever had a speedy service and resolution if there was an issue

Am very satisfied with IDNET so far. I was anxious about moving Broadband supplier but I need not have worried. A neighbour recommended IDNET and I trust his judgment.The only thing that bothered me initially was connecting the landline. I thought it was my responsibility to make the connection until I rang customer service and the assistant informed me that it was their responsibility to connect the landline. The other detail to mention is that the WIFI password on the router was different to the password that was emailed to me. But otherwise all is fine and I am happier than when I was with my previous provider

I've been with IDNet coming up for three years on a basic package and been very happy - as in things have just worked and other than pay the bill I could forget about them. Until yesterday. I did a hardware update on my Asus router which restored the speeds I'd been experiencing in the past but I couldn't leave it there. A reset was recommended and in the process I lost the internet connection. And, not technically minded, I couldn't get it back. After several hours of fiddling (and probably making things worse) I accepted defeat and phoned customer support. The phone was answered within seconds and a very patient Heather spent more than an hour working through the problems with me but finally the connection was restored. I appreciated Heather's good humour as well as her technical expertise and it was great to know I was working with a trained individual and not someone reading from a script. Heather you are, indeed, great and it's staff like you that command customer loyalty - I hope your bosses recognise it. Thank you again for all your patience.

Have been with IDNet for many years. Have had two accounts during that time and have also transferred service. Throughout they have been very helpful with any questions or queries (espeically when BT had to be involved!). I'm about to close my account for specific reasons but I wanted to thank them for their patience and offer up a recommendation for anyone looking to take up their services. Thanks

The engineers were good. The broadband connection was running from cityfibre but could not access until the following day. The box from IDNET came configured but there was some technical issue which my son assisted.

Great customer service, no-bother intenet provider with good speeds, good hardware and decent price.

Been with IDNet now for several years and just renewed my contract with them. Recommend there services and when I have had questions they always reply back with a quick and straight forward answer.

Bloody great service even better speeds. Never an outage either had the package for 2 years.

Small business with big business vibes.

I'll start by saying I've had next to no issues, apart from one outage one night, and I've been with them for over a year.
I didn't like the fact that because I was out of contract with them, they jacked up the price to £84.00/mo.
I will accept some part on it, as I should have renewed with them (I had two family holidays lined up so hadn't been checking on it too much this month), but this just put a bad taste in my mouth, and it feels like a small business that sets itself to be different just doing what all the other big companies do. Might as well move to one of the bigger players in that case.

It's the only reason I've initiated a switch.

It was such a pleasant experience to chat with someone who treated your lack of knowledge with patience and understanding. All my questions were answered promptly and by the end of the journey I felt sure I knew what was going to happen and I was happy with it.
