The delivery was Exactly when promised, which was good because I really didn't want them sitting out in the hot sun for days!

48 hours elapsed from placing my order on-line to IdealVitamins sending the email notification that my order was shipped. The free shipping was slow; therefore 8 days elapsed from order placement to order receipt. My package was very small and light weight--two 30 ml dropper bottles.

Yes, there was a delay, but the product was out of stock. You kept in constant contact, and offered to refund my money if we decided not to wait. It was well worth the wait in my opinion. The prices can't be beat and customer service was great! I'll definitely be a return customer. Cynthia

I ordered two items on 6/25, both showing in stock. I received an email on 6/30 saying both items were shipped. I received a package on 7/3 with just one of the items and a note saying the other item was on backorder. I should have been notified of this much sooner, as soon as I ordered. Now I am out of a supplement I need. Unacceptable!!!
