met my expectations
The service was fine. The item I wanted arrived in a timely way, as promised. There are many vitamin & supplement companies. So far, I honestly have no reason to rate Idealvitamins any higher than five or ten other companies. I may do so in the future, but after one purchase, how can I know how exceptional you may be? Honestly? I think this kind of survey is counterproductive for the company, because it is meaningless, and it wastes my time. I suggest you send a survey like this after a number of purchases.

Received in Time and as promised.
I have enjoyed using Ideal Vitamins for a while now. They give shipping alerts, almost always a discount of some sort, and they arrive promptly as said they would. I would recommend using them!

Great products, slow delivery
I love your products! But, the last two times I've ordered, it's taken me close to 2 weeks to get what I ordered. That's difficult, especially with supplements. Also, it would be great when online ordering, if a customer could use one address for payment and another for delivery.

Still have not received my order
Order placed on 10th at two different sites.. same shipping speed. Got shipment from other on 13th.. Still have not received from ideal vitamins and its 21st.

Everything was great, but super slow shipping.
Good selection of products and fair prices but the shipping was really slow. it took over a week to ship. That may be normal but for some reason I am used to just a few days. Thanks!

took the $$ but took over a week to say "back ordered"
Sent a email a week before the package came asking to "rate the product".
Took way too long - will look for another supplier who will take the $$ and ship...not impressed with the customer service
