I had a really disappointing experience ordering from this site. The product showed as available, but after placing the order there was no update for several days. I had to reach out myself just to find out what was going on, and even then the response was slow and unclear.

What bothered me most was the lack of transparency — if something is out of stock or delayed, it should be clearly communicated upfront, not after taking payment. The whole process felt disorganized and unreliable.

In the end, I lost time and confidence in the service. There are plenty of other options online that handle orders more professionally. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered Frontline for my dog and cat and it did not cure the fleas they had. 2 weeks later they're both having issues with fleas. Used the correct dose for their weight and now the vet doesn't want to prescribe anything else for 6 weeks because he doesn't want to "double up" in case they have the original dose in their system. Just trying to save money, but will not use again.

I bought a product over the amazon store and never received the product, I was waiting for one weekand wrote the company two times now without any reaction...

I ordered something on the 18, and on the 20th it was still unfulfilled. This was a Thursday, so I called within business hours and it said they were closed! I called again this morning, a Friday, again within business hours, and again I get the closed message. The free shipping says 5-8 business days, but it doesn't explain that it may take that long just to get the order together!

Good prices but terrible service and unreachable. I wouldn't use them again.

Ideal Vitamins is the cheapest site for getting my natural supplements. My only problem is that shipping takes 5-8 days (as is indicated on their website) which is slower than other sites I use which arrive in 2-3 days. Sometimes I run out of my supplements before I receive my new shipment. They do offer auto-refill, but I don't like to order so much in advance, because I never know how my needs are going to change, and supplements are too expensive to order extra that I won't need. Lately I've been having problems with my orders being out of stock and that information is not reflected on the ordering page. Sometimes it can take over a week for them to even inform me that they haven't sent my order yet. This site is a life-saver for otherwise expensive supplements, but I have to rely on them less and less.

I've always received quick and excellent service. Always the correct order with receiving fast delivery.

I tried ordering some essential oil from them, the product was not marked as out of stock on the website. I placed my order they took my money, and no product was shipped. later I found out that it's out of stock (in fact the company doesn't even make it anymore). I asked them to mark it on their website, because they had waisted my time. Not only have they not done that (it's still marked as in stock) they are using the product as Google ad words so they will drive more traffic to their site based on products they don't have. This enrages me and should be illegal. Don't sell things you don't have! It's dishonest. Plus, I HAVE told you this item is out of stock instead of fixing it on your website you reported my review to TrustPilot? Shame on you.

this is our second purchase and we continue to be pleased with the ease of ordering, quality of the products and prompt delivery.

I placed an order on July 13, 2015 and waited until July 23, 2015 to receive my item. I feel that 10 days is way too long to wait for an item that I needed much, much sooner. For this reason, I will probably not use this company again!

This is a great product, it helps my liver in particular.
The only thing I wish is that the company could get the product out faster without having to pay for expedited shipping.

I have ordered from idealvitamins three times and will continue in the future. The price is good, they ship the product in a timely manner. Also, I love being able to pay using paypal.
