I was very happy with my purchase from ideal vitamins.
I was happy with my product, and was happy with no shipping charges. It took a little extra time to receive my package, but I was in no hurry. I would order from them again.

Excellent Customer Service
Since I had problems with a product being back-ordered at other sites, I called Ideal Vitamins, they checked with their distributor and verified that their In Stock status was correct. The distributor verified they had stock and I had my product very quickly. They completely understand what customer service means in a day where a lot of companies don't care.

The items I ordered were exactly what I got. The shipping took a while (10 business days), but it was free so I really can't complain! If you aren't in a hurry to receive your order, this is a great company to order from.

Customer service was great. But it took from 1/25 to 2/6 for product to be received.
Perhaps this company should look into alternate transport for their products.

Satisfied with my product
I purchased some homeopathics for my eczema and am very happy with my product. The only complaint I have is I wish the company would have sent it earlier. I ordered it on a sunday which I figured they send my order out on monday, but they ended up sending it out on wednesday and I got it on saturday. Otherwise everything went well.

According to your tracking, there is a delay in transit but fortunately the package departed your nearest sorting facility this morning so it should be out for delivery within the next couple of days. A USPS representative mentioned that the cause of the delay is not mentioned in the tracking but they are pretty sure it has to do with that blizzard.
