The order was damaged in transit, they notified me immediately, and resent a new package with expedited mailing and no extra charge.

I have zero complaints service and product is excellent.

I'm pleased with IdealVitamins because they intercepted an incorrect order from the supplier before shipping it to me. The product that was originally shipped was not what I ordered. IdealVitamins express shipped the correct product to me, of course, with no additional shipping charges on my part. This saved me the hassle of having to return the product and the disappointment in receiving an ineffective knock-off of the original product.

I love this product but did not realize I ordered the .5 vs. the 1oz container, when I compared cost. Could have found it much less elsewhere.

Ordered on Wednesday the 20th and shipped it to vacation home so that it would arrive during the week we were there, it was not shipped by the company until the following Tuesday the 26th, and arrived at vacation home on the Saturday the 30th, the day we left to drive back home, so I'm having to have it forwarded to me. So at this point I have nothing no product to review, and I ordered it 15 days ago at this point. Shipped was USPS so I waited and watched the tracking. If the product was not in stock or backordered at the time of my order, I got no notification of that so that I could adjust shipping. If it is just poor order fulfillment, well then that's a different story entirely. No idea if the product is good or bad, but so far my experience is FAR from satisfactory. Good luck.

IdealVitamins reached out to me after my original review. They really did try to make things right, and I have upgraded my review stars from 1 to 4 based on their efforts (minus 1 star for not upgrading shipping as they said they should have done originally). They confirmed that the first package was/is probably stuck in USPS limbo, and appoligized for the shipping dely and said that it was an error on their part to not have upgrade my Wednesday order shipping due to the Monday holiday because they had to order my product in to then ship to me. Because I still was without a fulfilled order, they reshipped, or attempted to reship a new order directly from their supply house that was to arrive on the following Monday to set things straight. This did not happen, order failure, but I did get an email telling me about this order processing failure, and they followed up (as they said they would) with UPS Next Day Delivery to solve the problem which fulfilled my order. The second shipment arrived when they said it would. The product is as expected. The first package still hasn't arrived, 20 days post order, but this is a USPS forwarding issue at this point, but IdealVitamins did work very hard to fulfill my order. So, in summary, I WOULD recommend this company knowing that if you have a problem they will work hard to resolve it for you.

Great product, price and quick delivery. A very satisfied first time customer. I'll be reordering in the future as needed.

Good Adrenal Drops needed to keep my energy at least minimal. Just part of what I need as I keep experimenting with Chronic Fatigue, but the delivery was prompt and free and the price can't be beat. Much more expensive on other sites...

I received product quickly, but letter carrier did not leave at door or left a note. I happen to track it, and it came that day, but was left at post office. I contacted post office by e-mail to have them leave package at my house. I will buy from you again. Good price and no shipping costs.

I ordered some homeopathic medicine from IdealVitamins. I am happy they carry the supplements because otherwise I would not be able to get them easily. Shipping was easy and fast. The only hitch was I was required to join the site before I could purchase my items. This is not such a big deal so I would still recommend the site, just thought I would mention it for others who might mind more.

High quality brands too. They take Paypal, so that was also a reason to shop here. Very good selection of homeopathic remedies.

This item cost a lot less from this vendor than from my local acupuncturist. It did take about 5 business days to arrive, but that was fine - and when I asked about delivery date they responded promptly. Will reorder.

I ordered the product that was on the website in the original package as made by the Heel pharmacy. I also thought that this is a cream, not a gel....

I recently placed a new order for supplements at the request of my Dr. I was very happy with the price of my items and upon shipping one of my bottles was broken due to postal handling. Ideal customer service was quick to send another bottle free of charge to me. Very friendly people - great turn around time!
