Amazing product
I was about to buy an aerobath, but the sales team contacted me with an upgrade possibility for the icebarrel. After thinking a lot about it because of the difference in price, I ended up getting the upgrade.
After 1 month, all I can say is that it was 100% worth it. The ice barrel is amazing. And it will for sure last longer than the aerobath.

"Wow! I'm blown away by the Icetub. Deliver to Germany was smooth and on schedule. Setup was a breeze, and I even added the release valve tap myself thanks to the helpful video. Now, I'm a daily dipper, braving the 5°C water (started at 3°C, but 5°C is my sweet spot!).
What I love most is the convenience – it's always ready, always clean. No more messing with ice or weekly refills like my old ice tub (what a hassle!). This Icetub is a total game-changer. It's become my daily ritual for both body and mind, and I can see it being a part of my life for years to come.

Ich habe lange nach einer Eisstonne…
Ich habe lange nach einer Eisstonne gesucht. Mir war wichtig eine sehr hohe qualität zu haben. Zusätzlich war mir wichtig, das das Kühlagregat schnell das Wasser runter kühlt. Ich bin total begeistert. Extrem gute Qualität und Design und vor allem die gewünschte Temperatur von 3 grad wird super schnell erreicht. Das Fass hat auch für mich mit 189 Größe die perfekten Maße, es ist nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein. Mit der Sitzmöglichkeit im Fass, ist es auch super Bequem. Ein super Feature ist die Handyhalterung, damit man die Zeit messen kann! Das motiviert extrem, auch im Fass zu bleiben !

High quality Cold Plunge for your home – Beautiful Design and Powerful Performance
I’ve been absolutely loving my cold plunge barrel from Icetubs! The quality is outstanding, with impressive machinery and such a beautiful design. In a world where convenience is the key - It’s incredibly easy to use, with a cooling engine that lets you set your ideal temperature, and the self-cleaning filter keeps it fresh with minimal effort. I have only so far used it as a cold plunge, but you can also heat the water up and use it as a spa which is awesome and I'm looking forward to trying that.
My boyfriend and I have made cold plunging part of our wellness routine thanks to our icetubs barrel, and it leaves us feeling so energised and refreshed every time.
I highly recommend icetubs for anyone looking to elevate their health regimen!

The Ferrari of Cold Tubs
This IceTub is amazing. I made it part of my routine almost every day and enjoy an ice told bath. The quality is superb. The products are definitely the Ferrari of cold tubs. I am really glad I was able to jump on the train early and also got the stairs.
The support was in the beginning a bit startup-y but eventually all was settled and I had a great experience. Really recommend this to anyone who is serious about cold baths and want something of superior quality.

I give two stars for many reasons, BUT…
I give two stars for a number of reasons BUT the main reason is the price, like a big fat slap in the face, the price shows that recovery, mental health therapy is not for everybody. Many I know do not have money to buy this, and will never have, so as a company you say that; If you have the money you will get the best, but only if you can afford it. Just the phoneholder cost 105€, in Sweden that is 1199,29 SEK, just for the phoneholder!! Yikes! And if I would buy all of it, I will land on *drumroll* 115.369,00 SEK, I round up to 11.000 €.
If you are in daily pain/recovery as many that would need this are, you don't been able to work in years, and this is what would have helped your body and mind, and can’t buy it. That shows that good and fundable therapy is not for thoose who needs it. Sorry but this makes my blood boil and head explode!! #onlyifyoucanaffordit

Icetubs surpassed my expectations
Even though delivery took a while (as expected) it was well worth the wait. Delivery itself went smooth, the packing of the products is good - pretty much no chance of delivery defects.
My Ice Barrel was easy to move to its destinated location - no problem for two men. Set up was very easy and quick.
It makes sense to buy a 1” closeable hose connector for the outlet, which is not included - this way emptying and cleaning will become easier.
Built quality is heavy and outstanding, the design is out of this world. The cooling unit cools down quick and reliable. Everything feels premium, I couldn’t be happier.

Entreprise sérieuse
Nous avons acquis un IceBarrel XL et étions prévenus du délai de livraison rallongé à 8 semaines des 6 habituelles; cela a pris 13 semaines finalement. Un petit cadeau nous a été livré pour compenser cela. Et surtout il faut dire que la communication a fonctionné extrêmement bien pendant toute la durée de l'attente.
Le livreur a été impeccable et l'IceBarrel est arrivé dans un emballage en parfait état. Le livreur très serviable l'a approché un maximum de son emplacement. Nous avons pu tout déplacer et installer à deux.
Nous avons signalé quelques désordres : une petite coupure sur une des planches, une très mauvaise copie de notice d'installation et dommage de ne pas avoir eu les informations plus détaillées sur l'evacuation à rajouter (diamètre etc). Mais nous avons reçu des réponses le jour même et notamment le remplacement de la planche défectueuse.
L'écran sur le cooling unit est très sombre et pas facile à voir surtout quand il y a du soleil mais nous utilisons l'application recommandée qui est très facile à prendre en main.
Le produit est vraiment très beau, nous l'avons pris avec l'escalier et celui ci est vraiment magnifique et à notre sens facilite l'entrée dans l'eau. Nous l'avons sur la terrasse où la couverture est indispensable pour garder l'eau propre et à temperature.
Tout respire la qualité, autant le produit et le service. Nous avons à faire à une entreprise qui a envie de réussir.
