Icebarrel - hochwertiges Eisbad & kinderleicht
Ich habe vor kurzem ein ice barrel von icetubs gekauft und bin absolut begeistert! Die Qualität des Produkts ist hervorragend – es ist robust, solide & gut verarbeitet und sieht dabei auch noch stylisch aus. Das ice barrel ist innen aus Glasfaser und außen mit edlem Holz verkleidet.
Die Handhabung ist kinderleicht, und ich liebe es, wie schnell ich es mit Wasser füllen (ca. 25 Min.) und die Temperatur zw. 3 und 38 Grad anpassen kann.
Nach dem ersten Eisbaden habe ich sofort die positiven Effekte auf meinen Körper gespürt: mehr Energie, bessere Regeneration nach dem Sport und ein unglaubliches Gefühl der Frische. Das Eisbade hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und ist mittlerweile ein fester Bestandteil meiner Wellness-Routine.
Der Kundenservice von icetubs war ebenfalls top – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann icetubs jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem hochwertigen Eisbad ist. Es ist eine Investition in die eigene Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden, die sich definitiv lohnt! Vielen Dank, icetubs!

Be cautious with discounts and service
This is likely the most arrogant service I've ever encountered from a company that should rely on customer service.
Also, never buy this product at full price. Over the past 4-5 months of considering this product, I've been bombarded with discounts.
When I was close to purchasing, their "Head of Sales" offered me yet another "special" deal, which frustrated me.
When I asked for a price, I received the same PDF three times, claiming a 15% discount, even though I pointed out it didn't match the 22.5% discount he mentioned in the email. Yet, he continued to refer to the same PDF repeatedly, essentially yelling at me via email.
He said, "Hi Emil, see the attachment!" (which I argued wasn't accurate).
A few minutes later, after I asked, "Is that really how you respond to a question from a potential customer?"
He replied, "I did no such thing. I sent the wrong file by accident and corrected it very fast."
My response:
Your first email:
- PDF with 15%
Your second email:
- PDF with 15%
- Claimed it was 22.5%
Your third email:
- PDF with 15%
- Told me to check the attachment
His fourth email was a correction with a 22.5% discount.
Folks, my advice:
1. If this is the level of communication pre-sale, I'm afraid of what it will be like post-sale.
2. Don't buy this product at full price.

Het is een zeer mooi product, goed afgewerkt en hoge kwaliteit. Ook de warmtepomp heeft alle functie's die nodig zijn om water koud te houden en te verwarmen.

Great product
Great product. Once you set it up, it lowers the barrier for usage to almost none – I have used A LOT thanks to the fact that you don't need to prepare anything. Maintenance is very easy too.

A really cool thing
After the agreed time, I received my ICEBARREL XL and accessories in perfect condition. I found a short video on YouTube that helped me with the installation, and I also found the manual for the cooling unit on the Internet. The installation and commissioning was easy. When I enquired about the integrated ozoner, I received a qualified answer for the setup after one day. The system is high quality and easy to use, especially with the app. My wife and I have been using the Icebarrel every day for about 3 months now and hope that we will continue to stay healthy and flu-free😁

Icetubs barrell
I bought the icetub last autumn. First of all my resumee: it is a fantastic built quality product that leaves very few wishes unaddressed.
Negatives:
The delivery time was exceeded by 2 month. I do not count that too heavy but the communication at first place was poor. I had to mail several times to get someone on the phone finally. However everybody (Ben, Thomas) was very engaged to help me and I very much support the start-up spirit that can be percieved after getting in touch. After delivery, set-up was easy. Everything cam in flawless condition. I just realised some minor issues like little gaps within the thread for the filter. I double checked it with icetubs and they assured this is normal and would not affect the filter function. Another thing was a missing booklet for the engine and clear cut recommendations for winter. Again I got this after getting in touch.
Now to the good part: I use icetubs for several months continously every morning. I highly appreciate the app controlled engine and the easy Setting. The water remains fresh for weeks. I know what I am talking about because I used an old wine barrell for ice bathing before and that got stinky after days. The quality if the barrell is incredible, massive and solid. The lid is light but still very resistant. And the daily ritual of icebathing was never that easy. It costs me now time for chrashing the icesurface in winter or finding ways to cool the barrel in summer. I take my 6 min in the morning and the world does not feel as cold as before.

Vi er meget glade for vores icetube. Nyder sundhedsfordelene meget.
Men vi er bekymrede da den ikke kan tåle hvis frosten sætter ind på og bliver under -5 grader. Vi vil købe en isoleringsmåtte at ligge rundt om. Men lidt besværligt når vi så skal bruge den. Og er det nok hvis de melder -10 graders frost ?
Men ellers er den fantastisk god kvalitet og flot design.
