I have had the ice barrel icebath now…
I have had the ice barrel icebath now for almost 2 years and it has changed so many things for me. My health has improved, my commitment to day-to-day tasks and my general approach to life and how I feel is related to starting the day with an ice bath. The positive feedback from people when they see the ice bath in terms of its look has always been positive. Over the time period of owning the ice spot I’ve needed to contact customer services and always a very positive feedback with delivery of items sent for you quickly and today only positive reviews to say about same.

Excellent Service and Communication from Start to Finish
My experience with Icetubs has been fantastic from the very beginning. I spent about six or seven months going back and forth with the team before making my purchase, and they were consistently patient, responsive, and informative throughout the whole process.
When I finally decided to buy, I unfortunately got sick and had to delay the transaction. The team was extremely understanding, they held the price for me and allowed me to confirm the purchase when I was ready, which I really appreciated.
What stood out most was their communication — clear, timely, and always professional. Everything they promised, they delivered on. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines premium products with genuinely thoughtful customer service, and Icetubs really does both.

Icetubs was continuously responsive to all my questions leading up to my order. They were informative and kind in making sure I understood everything. Once the tub was delivered I was impressed by the quality of the tub. the wood facade is beautiful and the internal stainless steel is modern and easy to clean. Two Years with IceTubs – The Perfect Sauna Partner
I’ve had my IceBath for 2 years and absolutely love it. My father-in-law, neighbor, and I do cold plunges once or twice a week after sauna, and a truly cold bath is on a whole different level than a quick cold shower. Thanks to IceTubs we can enjoy sauna all year round—even in summer—and the cooldown is always fast, intense, and reliable. Since getting Icebath, I’ve been sick far less often, and when something does hit, I bounce back much faster (just my experience). A great investment for anyone serious about sauna. Highly recommend!

Good service but shipping too expensive and too long
The products are good. The service department responds quickly to enquiries. However, the shipping costs for ordering accessories are too high (€26). The shipping time is also very long. It would be a good idea to check if that can be improved.

First and foremost the product is excellent. I am owning an icetub and definitely never want to miss it. Even though the handcrafted quality is outstanding it might be possible to face some minor issues with the electric unit such as fuses popping out. The services email is very fast in terms of replies and offers taylormade uncomplicated solutions. Perfect 👌🏻

Can't fault this company to be honest. Every thing works as should and once I had a couple issues with the connectors and the unit not powering on they resolved my issues asap.

I purchased the stainless steel…
I purchased the stainless steel IceBarrel and was very happy with it — the quality and experience of daily cold plunges have been fantastic. Unfortunately, after some time rust began to appear and the coating showed signs of corrosion.
What truly impressed me was how Icetubs handled the situation. Their team stepped up, took full accountability, and ultimately provided me with a brand-new replacement barrel free of charge. They were professional, responsive, and responsible throughout the process — which speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to their customers.
I cannot recommend Icetubs highly enough. I absolutely love using my barrel every day, and it’s rare to find a company that stands so firmly behind its products.

Needed support with connecting the tub for easy and controlled drainage with a hose. I got all information about the necessary parts from customer service, they even sent a gratis gardena part that is very useful. Makes a big difference if I do not have to flood my terrace every time the water has to be changed. :)
