Avoid this website at all costs. It is a fake scam website that was set up so realistic that I placed over a hundred dollars order. My credit card was charged immediate and posted against my account the next day. 4 days pass, I contacted them via chat via email, no response or reply. They do not have a phone number you can call either. It looks like the website is set up to just collect money.

After trying several vendors in the US, Iberico Club is the one that provided the best iberico ham. Highly recommended!

Paella Pan has a sticker that is NOT removable. They will not answer or replace. The sticker has embedded into the metal. It will not come off! They refuse to help. Have tried heat, goo gone, WD 40 - everything! Unusable with the chemicals from the sticker/ink.

Horrible customer service. Placed order 12/14 AFTER calling and getting assurance the ham would ship by Christmas (by the way this was a $500 plus ham). Still has not shipped (as of today 1/1/23), no one responding to email inquiries. They had no problem picking up the phone to take our money but now that we have no product it is radio silence.

Placed an order on Dec 14th. No updates on shipping for 3 days. Live chat doesn't respond, sent 4 emails, no replies. Tried Whatsapp support, no replies. It's been 10 days, my order hasn't even shipped yet, I still have no updates and can't contact anyone.

Great Product, not so good shipping and handling time, they advertise if you place your order before 12pm it will ship same day, that doesn't happened, they also advertise 24/7 and outstanding customer service, well, not so good, I sent and email Tuesday 11.50am and until Wednesday 1.pm I have not received response, I wrote them by Whatsapp and same thing, no response.
I know that Teddy can do better than this.

Best Iberico jam, Pata negra in the world. The habitas are also delicious, and the Chorizo and salchichon are superb!
