My order for a Makita battery took weeks to come but eventually all seems good.

Very happy with my purchase. It did take a little longer due to customs and holiday period. Always replied to any questions I had regarding delivery.Would definitely buy again.

Ordered a makita (genuine) battery BL1850 on 15th Nov 2021, no sign of it for over a month until I complained then it suddenly turned up few days later, all appeared to be ok and worked at first until I tried to use it and it was flat, battery meter was showing as still 100% full but was flat. Battery will not charge and is faulty. When I looked closer at the battery the serial numbers and other icons are missing from the production so obviously fake. When questioned about the situation and me stating that I believed the battery was a fake there was not even a denial. Refund offered with no apology or explanation. I'll be contacting Makita directly and leave it in their hands. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Complete scam! Fed lie after lie! 7 weeks after ordering and all their lies, they turned up even though I have tried to cancel the order 10 times. I asked for a return address and the one they sent me is a random guy in UK (I have managed to speak to him on the phone)?who has also made the mistake of ordering 2 Makita batteries. They are trying to get me to send my batteries to him to complete his order, not to return the product or my money! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Good quality battery, well packaged, reasonable price, friendly and helpful customer service.

Delivery took a little longer due to covid and packages being quarantined, but the customer service kept us fully up to date.
Battery arrived in its best condition so worth the order.

The item was genuine and fine. The only issue is delivery time. From my experience it is fine ordering from them as long as you dont mind waiting. They said 'fast delivery' but then they said 15 days. In the end it took 36 days, which is way too much. They said it was due to the fact that the parcel had to be quarantined, but, to be honest, that's sounds like an excuse. Just always expect it to take longer than they expect. Other than that, I am happy with the item.

I ordered a battery for my aged iPod as the original was no more. The website indicated UK stock so the delivery time looked good. When it became clear the battery had not arrived I emailed the company and they explained that Brexit was affecting deliveries, as they had closed their UK warehouse and were shipping from China. The communication from Lisa was very good and kept my confidence that I would receive my battery, albeit a little later than expected. Overall a good service that I was happy to wait for.

I purchased a new ipad battery from ibatterys, and as the parcel took a while because of inspections and christmas, I sent an email which was quickly replied to by a lovely lady called Lisa who explained about the time I had to wait and the parcel arrived as she had promised. Item and parcel is well packaged with no issues - I recommend you try ibatterys for you needs

I had a question with ibatteries and they were very prompt in there reply. A very helpful company to do business with. The delivery time was a few days late but they were helpful with there information. The item arrived as promised. Also they were genuine batteries as promised. The price was very reasonable too. Very satisfied.

Due to covid restrictions my batteries took longer than I expected. I kept emailing them to keep me updated and they always did.
My batteries arrived in good order and were packed well. So I was happy with the service.

The order was placed on the 9th December and after the Christmas Holidays checked the whereabouts of the parcel with the company. The parcel was received today and the company explained that the delay was due to the items being inspected by the British customs and longer quarantine requirements. No problems arose whilst dealing with this company and my email was responded to the very same day.

Do NOT BUY from this Website. Say's it UK but its not, the goods are via China. Took over a month to arrive and when it did it does not work in my NightHawk router. Looks identical!!
Trying to contact them initially I did receive response from Mary to send photo's of current battery and the one received. Had a few emails saying they cannot see jpeg so sent as a word document and since then no response from them. Paid £20 for an item that does not work. No Telephone contact details for this site, as the one on Google is a different UK battery company with the same name. They confirmed they had received many phone calls about the company in China. LEAVE WELL ALONE

Due to COVID there was a slight delay in delivery but the battery came when they said (15 day lead time-ish). When I asked for help tracking my item they were quick to respond, pleasant and indeed, helpful.

Although the goods took longer than expected the battery has now arrived. I understand that there was a delay due to inspection when it arrived in the UK. I also understand the that Brexit has resulted in IT delays across the world. I must say that the company kept in touch with me throughout and never failed to respond to my enquiries.

Took a little while but got here ,any time I emailed got immediate response.

Placed order 10/12/21 - supposedly delivered within 7 days, then a garbled message to say coming form Hong Kong and will be 3 weeks. Tracking number says courier waiting for goods, 3 messages to wait a “few more days”. I normally read reviews and feel silly to have used this lot! As others have said - AVOiD , claiming via PayPal.

Lisa sold me two fake makita battery’s and after they broke on they say I got them . The repeatedly tried to scam me out of a refund I had to escalate to PayPal to get my money back

Just like so many others, I have been scammed.
Been waiting a month and still no battery, Angela keeps promising it will be with me soon and sends a tracking number which is false.
Reported this to PayPal who are investigating and awaiting response.
Angela assures me this is a genuine Makita battery, which I doubt.
I don't believe my battery well ever arrive.
