Beware before ordering from this company. It has a UK email, website and maybe a distribution unit but the goods come from China.
They state prompt delivery but it takes weeks/months. I ordered as I thought the delivery would be prompt as stated dispatched on day of order, I was then told days, then a week, its on a plane. I was promised a refund then twice a full refund but of course I received neither.
It states on their web page that the return address is on a card in the box, it wasn't, I requested the address to return the now not required battery, the date had long past that I required it for but they would not give the address. Soooooo no refund, no discount. Just a useless to me battery.
I contacted PayPal who they require is used for payment, in dispute they went with ibatteries because they had delivered eventually. They ignored the no address and promised refund and/or discount.
I will now not make a payment using PayPal who I'm surprised work with such companies.

Absolutely awful. Just like everyone else, bul###t reply’s to all my emails spanning 6weeks promising delivery. DO NOT use this awful so called uk company. Pay pal please remove them from using your services as your misleading people into using them.!!!

Waited ages for them to send a Pentax battery but product they supplied cannot be genuine as it failed to take a charge once low. Label on product looked odd as PENTAX name had a blackout sticker over it.

Don't trust these guys. They have no uk address or stock. I suspect like others here, that I will never get the battery I orders Dec 8th or that it will be a knock off and not the genuine Samsung as advertised. Prove me wrong iBatteries!!

Makita battery ordered on 20th November. On 30th Nov I wrote and asked for a delivery date as we needed to fly with it at the beginning of December. 'Lisa' said it would be delivered in 15 days, so I requested a refund. On 2nd December 'Lisa' asked me to wait for 'a few days' as it had been shipped. I asked for a refund again, was told to let them know when the battery arrived. Emailed again on 21st December, again told it will arrive in a 'few days' and to let them know when it arrives.
I am not going to get a refund or a battery - which is no use to me now anyway. Don't send them your money.

At this moment, appalling. Ordered an ASUS battery 25th November. After contacting them they said it would be coming via Hong Kong and should take 15 days with Yodel. On 17th December I tracked it and Yodel site said delivered that morning. It wasn't. Contacted ibatterys and have had no response.Can't contact Yodel because they only deal with the sender. Tried to contact PayPal, but I only dealt as a guest, and when you try to contact them on line you need an account!

Wow, my parcel has arrived. I was given a different tracking number and it came the same day. Don't know why there were two different tracking numbers, but anyway. The battery looks ok but not fitted it yet!

Been scammed for 2 x Makita Batteries not arrived at all in nearly a month

They use a UK email address and based in China. Battery was counterfeit not willing to risk it. As previous reviewers have stated, they should be shut down and PayPal should withdraw their account.

I should have realised this was a dodgy retailer the moment I clicked on the website however through my own misjudgement I foolishly ordered from the site. Alarm bells immediately rang when I didn't even receive an order acknowledgment via email or an receipt. Then when I emailed them directly I received an email from a "Lisa" who assured me that my delivery was happening and even sendt me a tracking number...well that was 5 weeks ago, no receipt, no confirmation of order, no product. Could it be a delay in the post I am not sure. It's at this point I headed over to Trust Pilot and saw that 55% of all reviews were 1 star. Doh!

Been waiting over a month, full of promises that my battery is on its way, yada yada, still no sign of it. Stay away from them, they're a scam!

Fantastic price for genuine Sony batteries. There was a slight delay in delivery but the team was very responsive and replied to emails immediately.

Great service, my question was answered quickly and the battery charger is genuine and a great price. No problem in using them again.

I waited 6 weeks for my battery... nothing. The company then said they would give me discount, 20% so I waited 2 more weeks... nothing. The company than said I could have a refund. That was 3 weeks back.
This company is a scam, they are based in China not UK. And take your money and give nothing in return.

I order a makita battery 6 weeks ago and still nothing has been turned up.I contact this Lisa as everybody it’s talking about and the only this she is saying it’s .YOU WILL GET YOUR PARCEL BY THE END OF THE WEEK.
But this end of the week has been taken 6 week to come and nothing.
I would never ever use this company again.

Still waiting for a battery they said was in stock over 2 weeks after ordering (17/11/21). They said they had despatched it on day one! They use Yodel. They have just given me a tracking No & Yodel say they haven't got the item yet & can't give date. ibatteries have had my money. Wish I had checked reviews too. Won't be using again. I have checked the name on the Companies House website & it doesn't exist. Nor do they have a phone No on their website.
UPDATE - 16/12/21 Goods still not received. Had this e-mail a week or so from Lisa after chasing yet again "Due to the covid, so we close the UK warehouse, we send the goods from oversea warehouse.
So the delivery time is longer than expect." This confirms they are not in the UK. Now using covid as excuse for non-delivery. I have asked for my money back from PayPal.

Absolutely no issues. I had a question about my delivery/tracking information and went to the ibattery’s website. I used their email inquiry form and had a response within 24 hours (sent in on a Sunday). Part came in with no issues. Would order again.

AVOID AS FAR AS YOU CAN. BATTERY POSSIBLY ONLY MADE IN CHINA WHEN RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. NO DELIVERY DATE CONFIRMATION. LONG WAITING. PROMISE GIVE REFUND AND REFUND NEVERY ARRIVED.

At 0857hrs on 27/11/21 I placed an order with ibatterys.co.uk for £45.97 – At 0918hrs the same day some 21 mins later I realised that I had placed the order in error and requested a cancellation. At 0941hrs (23mins later), the seller replied asking why I wanted to cancel – note – no mention of it being dispatched at this point. At 0944 I replied as to the reason why.

At 0126hrs 29/11/21 the seller now claims that they have sent the item and asks if I can “try to keep it”

This type of behaviour is unacceptable and the seller is clearly lying. I have requested again a refund but have had no reply hence I went to Paypal and claimed non delivery and was refunded instantly.

Its a pity they can't be more honest. They would have kept their "credit" if they had refunded me as asked. May even have gone back later but oh no not now.

I would suggest you avoid this company like the plague

Update 31st Dec - batteries arrived even though I was refunded - researched and examined and both batteries appear fake. No warranty card, no print on reverse of labels and both batteries under weight by 3 grams. Details have now been sent to Sony and Trading Standards.

I was sceptical due to some reviews on here but because the price of the Nikon Li20 battery I ordered for my D500 (pretty rare and usually £90+) was so good (£38) I decided to give it a go. Customer service is fast, polite and good. My battery took about 14 days to arrive, which customer service had warned me about so I didn’t worry. I was worried that due to the low price that my battery would not be an original Nikon battery. It is a Nikon battery and it is perfect. I will be using these guys in future.

Avoid at all costs, tried to cancel my order the day I made it as I realised they sell fake batteries carefully worded they would not cancel and 20 days later all I have is a tracking link that states still with seller. PayPal are reviewing the case. The website has a UK address and domain but they are in china
