Renewed my second home building and house contents insurance. I was forewarned with a renewal notice that gave me time to decide if I wished to renew. The renewal policy was then received a ciouple of weeks later and to my surprise the premium had been reduced without affetcing conditions. The renewal process was easy and confiormation received immediately. A very good service made all the better with a competitive premium.

Called to renew the policy and explain I would be doing work to the property soon. Lady was very helpful and explained what would happen. Quotes are always reasonable and though they informed me it might not be competitive, I know in insurance sometimes cheap isn't best when you need help or to make a claim so I'm happy to stay with them.

Having received a quote for my holiday let insurance which was almost £100 more than the previous year, I called to discuss the renewal. The call was answered immediately and a friendly member of the contact team explained the reasons for the increase and discussed the options. I was happy to proceed on that basis.
