I worry, a lot about my caravan insurance but when I called, no question was unanswered, the staff were helpful and sent the requested information quickly as promised. I changed my mind about 3 times during the purchase of the insurance, I was never made to feel awkward. polite staff, knowledgeable, and they don't rush you. i would recommend.

I compared my current providers renewal price 'apples for apples' with i4me...they had to contact the underwriters to clarify some points...but came back with an unbelieveable price. More than %45 cheaper.

A seamless experience from start to finish can’t recommend enough.

It was easy to renew my policy - I received a mail that it was due for renewal, then the renewal documents, followed by a reminder, just in case I had forgotten.
The documents confirming renewal were easy to understand, and the premium had actually gone down since last year.
I was very happy with the whole process.
