I've been using i4me for several years now, as they're so helpful and have always been the cheapest insurance for my holiday let.

I completed the online quote request for my second home flat insurance and once complete was told that I could not proceed further but that an agent would call me within the hour.I assumed that was the end of that and moved on to the next company website. To my surprise the phone rang about a half hour later and a very professional, courteous and friendly agent asked if I would like to continue with the quote request! Indeed I did and within 15 minutes was signed up with my new policy which by the way had a number of complexities given I live outside the UK. Additionally I was given a £50 credit for a 40 year claim free history in my home country, for which she took me at my word. Needless to say I was very impressed and satisfied.

The advisors were extremely helpful,knowledgeable and made the entire process easy to understand.I had a few concerns and technical questions which were dealt with efficiently.Having an in depth knowledge of the various products ensured I took out the right insurance plan.

I had such trouble with other companies I approached who kept putting me on hold, didn’t understand what I needed and appeared completely disinterested. When I got through to i4me it was such a relief! The person who dealt with me was so pleasant and accommodating.
