Buyers beware…
Having been very happy with these shoes previously I sent for another pair in June. A delivery came from Hypersoft at the end of July.
Wrong shoes, wrong size
After a lot of argument and unpleasantness my money was returned. but not until the end of September.
The whole experience was very upsetting

I order these shoes zdeptember, 21,2022. Within two days they tell me orders are backed up due to covid 19. (Covid 19 shutdowns was two and a half years ago)
I went online after the delay email and foind a lot of bad reviews.
So, today, September, 30th, 2022, I emailed and spoke with an online representative of this company.
I provided all the necessary information to cancel my order. (My email address, purchase order number and tracking number).
I've received no conformation of cancelation. The online tech person just didn't again answer after the initial request.
Tomorrow,I will file a dispute at my bank, inform the Better Business Bureau and the Interstate Commissioners office.
This is criminal, predatory,egregious business practice.
PS I don't want to hear your song and dance, just put the money back in my account.

The most comfortable sneaker shoes I’ve ever tried on. Well worth the wait. Customer service was excellent. I bought the purple, and a grey pair. Am very very happy with this purchase.

No customer service reply
Ordered my sneakers Aug. 26 and received them a few days later. They did not fit. I have been trying to contact them for return and refund for 2 weeks with no reply.
I will be calling credit card company to file a claim.

I was so excited to receive my shoes only to find out they were way to big. So in my opinion I need a size smaller. I hate they didn't fit. I was soo excited only to let down by they were like a size too big

Too harsh for my plantar faciitis
I ordered hypersoft sneakers specifically for planter fasciitis. I got them within 2 weeks as expected. They look nice and are made of nice fabric, however, they are very harsh for my sick heels, even after I put a silicone pad. I tried them twice and I could not bear wearing them longer than half an hour. I tried to check the return policy and it is totally bizarre as there is no return, but exchange only and has to be sent within 5 days from the delivery which cannot be proven as no email confirmation sent on the date of delivery.

We are glad to hear that you find that our Hypersoft Sneakers look nice and are made of nice fabric. However, we understand that it did not feel comfortable to wear, especially with your plantar fasciitis.
While our product does have a soft inner cushioning and an elevated heel for those experiencing the same condition as yours, we understand that everyone has different needs, and finding the right shoe can be a struggle - especially when dealing with the issues you just described.
As for our return policy, this is indicated on the "Our return policy" page that can be accessed through the footer of our website. We do offer both free exchanges - where the customer does not have to return their received items back to us - as well as returns. The customer is eligible for both options as long as they contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Regarding the proof of the date of delivery, each order has a tracking number, which is sent to the customer once their order has been shipped. There, you could find the exact date of delivery. So as long as the date the customer first contacts us within the 14-day time period after receiving the product, they are still able to exchange and return their product.

Nice sneakers but...
In my opinion, yes, they are good but the sneaker do not feel as good as they promote.
The memory foam is thin and the heal is too high. My leg get tired faster.
The size run big, im 8 and I bought 8 but they were too big, they send me a 7 and fit perfect, like a glove.
The return policy is very good, eficient and fast.
Over all they are okay sneaker, I will be using them very often, the material is breathable and soft, I like that.

Returns procedure
It took weeks and many email requests for me to get the form I needed to return my sneakers which were too small. I cannot understand why the form is not readily available on their website. I finally received the form by email together with the return address. There are limited return addresses. The closest for me was Australia. I received my refund today but the whole process was very time consuming and not an experience I ever want to repeat.

Regarding returns, we do not provide a return form on our website as we require customers to contact us within 14 days of delivery to express their intent to return the item.
Our European center is indeed located in Slovakia. We would love to set up a return center in every country we ship to; however, given that we ship our products to three continents, it would be nearly impossible to do that at this stage.

I ordered this sneaker on August 7…
I ordered this sneaker on August 7 today is 1 September I have yet to receive any sneaker. Nor has the company sent me a shipping notice or anything they sent me a notice that said they shipped my order to the shipping department and that was three days after I place the order I have heard nothing else from this company they have taken my money and there is no way to contact them.This is bad practice ..Just a update today is September 13 I have not received my sneakers or money.

When sneakers arrived they were a little small so I asked to send them back. My choices? Slovakia, Australia or USA!!!!! or a 40% refund.
Without a contact name, telephone number and email address it is impossible to get them through customs. This is deemed un-neccessary by the suppliers therefore I'm stuck with shoes I can't wear and 60% out of pocket. Buyers BEWARE

Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we offer multiple options to our customers in case the product they received did not meet their expectations. Aside from our return/refund options, please know that we also offer free exchanges - where our customer doesn't have to return their item back to us.
As for our return options, we offer three locations where the customer can send their item back to, so they can choose whichever is nearest to them and will give them the best option when it comes to shipping cost. We also indicate the complete requirements needed to send the items back in our return procedures email so our customers wouldn't have trouble returning their items and getting their full refund.
However, if a customer does not want to go through the hassle of returning their item back to us, we also offer a 40% refund.
