At last a shoe I can walk in without painful feet.
These are amazing and the only shoe which is comfortable for my arthritic feet. I can now walk
without constant pain. Buy a size larger than you need or maybe 1.5 bigger if you like a thicker sock.
Will buy more in different colours.

I ordered sneakers and sandals
I ordered sneakers and sandals. They both arrived a bit late but at least i got them. Unfortunately the sneakers were too large and I had to arrange to return them. Their return policy is not at all clear and is extremely complicated with form filling and the return address they gave me was in Slovakia. Apparently this was the nearest return address for UK! I posted the sneakers back on 2 August 2022 and am still waiting for refund. This is now over 2 weeks. There is no response to my email either. It would be very helpful if they clearly stated what their return policy was when you order. If you click on the link for returns it goes no where. I hope I get my refund soon. It was already cost me postage to send the goods to Slovakia!! I am very wary about ordering anything else from Hypersoft.

We understand that the products you order took a long time to arrive only to find out that they were too large for you, and that you have already returned them for a refund, but you still haven't been reimbursed until now. That must have been really frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer three location options where our customers could send their items back to. They can then determine which option will be the best for them when it comes to shipping cost. However, should the customer not want to go through the hassle of returning their product, we also offer partial refunds.
As for our return policy, we have made sure to indicate it on our website so our customers can easily access it should they need the information. The link for returns would lead to an email form, as we have also indicated in that page that our customers have to contact our team first before shipping anything in order to ensure that they get the complete information and requirements.

My experience is pretty much as other unhappy reviewers. I never understand though why you can’t leave no stars.
5 weeks after my money had been taken and regularly emailing for an update on my order and getting nowhere I resorted to asking for my money back via PayPal (I knew there was a reason I used them to make payments). 4 days later - payment refunded.
Thank you, I had written off my money and given myself a good talking to for being sucked in. Their advert was attached to a document sent to my by my doctor and stupidly I thought they were legit.
What is noticeable is the number of different Company email addresses they use but you don’t know this until you are trying to complain and getting the run around.
If you value your time and sanity don’t bother ordering!!

I understand that shopping with us has turned out to be quite disappointing. We have to admit that we have been underprepared for dealing with the ever-increasing volume of incoming orders. As a result, processing orders has been taking longer than usual for some models.
As a general rule, it takes about 10-15 days for an order to be delivered. That is the timeline that we usually provide our customers. However, despite our best efforts, exceptions can definitely occur. Our shipping partners have also had a hard time the past year.
I definitely understand how frustrating this whole situation must be for you, especially since you mentioned that you had to send numerous emails and go through Paypal just to get your money back. As a Customer Support Supervisor, I assure you that we will look into this situation and make sure that this won't happen again.

Very dubious company
Dubious company. Took about 8 weeks to arrive, didn't fit, I returned them to the address given by customer support. They were sent back to me from there????? I sent photo evidence of this as requested and now they will not respond to me at all - £70 odd down the drain. Don't buy from this company.

I ordered a pair of these sneakers for a trip to Scotland. The ordering process went smoothly enough and the money, $78. , was deducted instantly from my account. After 2 weeks the shoes still had not shipped and there was no clear idea when they would!
Evidently the shoes are on back order, and as there was zero mention of this on the website or order confirmation l found it to be unacceptable. I have never had my money taken on an online order for an item on backorder. When l contacted customer service by email asking to cancel the order and refund my money l was sent a 20% off coupon for their other merchandise! As if l was going to order again until my shoes arrived.
I finally found a phone number to actually speak to someone and have secured a refund, which they say should reach my account in 3 days. Fingers crossed !!! Personally l will not order from this company again.

These are the most comfortable shoes
These are the most comfortable and supportive walking shoes I have ever owned! I have a high instep and usually by the end of the day, my feet hurt so bad I just need to elevate them for a few hours. Not so with these shoes. I own 2 pairs, and will definitely buy more. I hope they come out with a dark brown color!

I got my shoes today and I have them on. I really like them except they are a bit small down at the toe area. When I walk my toes tend to push against the end. Other than that they are real comfortable.

Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. They advertise easy returns but would not respond to my request the very next day i received my order. Sneakers don't fit even though I chose my usual size 5. The glue line is so visible on my sneaker/shoes or whatever they call it. No response whatsoever. Dubious company. Liars,
untruthful, NOT recommended. Stay away from them. Very disappointed with them!
