They Work!!!
I have unsafe ankles from twisting them many times. These shoes actually do support my ankles!!! I will have to see if that continues with age as the material may stretch - wait & see. Also, I need orthotics because I have flat feet. These shoes are incredibly comfortable, light as a feather and I can walk up and down stairs without having to stop every step!!!
In relation to the sizing, I am normally an 8 (Australia) and I went up a full size to a 9 because my feet are a C width and because I am wearing socks with them. I am pleased I went up a size so keep that in mind. The shoes are tight when you first put them on and you think they won’t fit but they are tight to mold to your feet.

Hypersoft Sneakers have a comfortable stretchy upper that will ease the pressure on your toes and make them much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The mesh upper of the shoe could be a little tight around the foot at first (wearing socks or using a shoe horn can be helpful in the first week). However, when you wear them a few times, the knitted upper material that is elastic will adapt to the structure of your foot. The shoes will start to feel incredibly comfortable.
We are also glad to hear that you were satisfied with the delivery time. We worked hard in the previous period to achieve this, and your positive experience tells us that we succeeded.

I ordered black and after several weeks still hadn’t received my order? I contacted the company and was informed that although they had taken my money the shoes were not available? A little disappointed that they didn’t inform me!

No Response from Hypersoft for shoe return.
The day after I received the shoes, I tried to get return information for shoes, but after 4 days of emails and chats, no response from Hypersoft. I advised my credit card company to not process payment to Hypersoft, and to request that they send me information about how I can return the shoes.

Extremely hard to get on.
They are fairly comfortable once you get them on. But they are almost impossible to get on. They actually need some kind of a strap on the back of the heel so you can pull them on otherwise it's a big fight to get them on your foot. I would not really recommend them to anyone because of that. Plus the website froze up and I ended up with two orders. Which was a hassle because I had to get a refund on one of them then it took over 2 weeks for me to get them because it came from China and had to switch planes several times and then be inspected it was a royal hassle.

We are glad to hear that you find our Hypersoft Sneakers comfortable to wear. However, we do understand that you find it difficult putting them on, and you encountered an issue during the ordering process, so you ended up with one pair that you did not want. We are sorry to hear that.
We will definitely forward your feedback about adding a strap at the back of the shoe to make the wearing process easier.
Regarding the fitting of the Hypersoft Sneakers, they have a normal size fitting, but the shoe’s mesh upper might feel a bit tight around the foot in the beginning (wearing a sock, or using a shoe horn might be useful in the first week).
However, once you have worn them a few times, the knitted upper material which is elastic will adapt to your foot structure. The shoes will start to feel incredibly comfortable.

Refund money please
I received my hyper shoes 3/20/23 after waiting 3 weeks. Love the look of the shoes but unfortunately they are way to wide for my feet. I tried thicker socks but did not help. I tried them on on carpet for a short time so they are in perfect condition. I will send them back only if I can get a refund. I’m disappointed they did not fit but understand all shoes are different fitting.

Should be a zero star review but it…
Should be a zero star review but it won't let me leave it blank! The website froze during ordering, so I ended up with a duplicate order. I sent them back but was told they were not received in sellable condition even though I reused the exact packing materials they shipped in. No refund after waiting nearly 2 months. 😡Original order was too big, and replacement pair (next size down) was too small and ridiculously uncomfortable. My feet hurt more after wearing them than before.

I bought these for my wife due to foot…
I bought these for my wife due to foot problems. I ordered the wrong size, and they corrected it and sent out the right size. Received them the other day and my wife loves the comfort of the shoe. I think Hypersoftsneaker for their quick service. She is going away to visit family and taking her new shoes for comfort.

the shoe was confortable but it did not come with a back tab so it was difficulite to put on. The back tab was missing off my shoes making it harder to put on.

I have tried several (5) times to get them to respond to my email and I am ignored. I want to return them because they do not fit well, they seem to be of very poor quality, not as they described and I looked up return policy before purchase. The sneakers that were sent were called…Hyperboost not hypersoft
The sneakers that were sent were called hyperboost not hypersoft sneakers, though they looked identical to the sneakers in the pictures. Importantly, there was no invoice sent with proof of purchase nor instructions for returns. When I bought them, it said they were fully refundable if not satisfactory. However when I finally found the website and read their return policy, it is totally different with conditions! I am still awaiting the refund. This company is questionable at best.

Regarding our returns policy, the complete instructions for returns is publicly indicated there. All the customer has to do is contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will assist them with the return process from there.
As for your other concern, indeed, products are fully refundable. However, again, we have stated our complete policy on returns on the Terms and Conditions and Our Return Policy section of our website, which customers can read before purchasing their product.

I ordered two pairs of shoes
I ordered two pairs of shoes, sneakers, and some slip Ons. They both didn’t fit. We’re a very poor quality. I put them back in the box and sent them back.. my total order was $109.94. They refunded me $29 and now won’t answer my emails.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!
HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND THEY CHEAT YOU ON ANY REFUND!!
Their advertisement is a lie they don’t refund you and you can’t keep the shoes and get a refund to watch total crap!!

Regarding your refund, as a general policy, customers are eligible for a full refund if they return their items back in good condition - which means the item should be in its original packaging with the tags and labels intact, and it shouldn’t be damaged, stained, altered or washed. Upon checking, it seems that there was initially an issue with one of the items you returned.
However, I can see here that one of our Customer Support agents has already recently assisted you and provided a satisfactory solution for this issue. We advise you to check your email inbox for this update.

Don't buy
The shoe heel is too high and pushes the weight of your body onto the ball of your foot. This caused arch pain and low back pain in my body. In addition, the cushion inside the show was thin and uncomfortable and the arch support was very little at best.
