I placed an order and got the wrong item it was the wrong color of shoes in the wrong size I contacted hypersoft and they sent me out the right order the right size although the shoes are slightly too big but that might be my fault I will purchase hypersoft again because the excellent service

The shoes feel very comfortable
The shoes feel very comfortable. I love the footbed. The top is soft on all the usual rub-points. I would love to have a brown option. Also would be nice to have the same structure in a wedge shoe.

I ordered a pair of Hypersoft shoes and absolutely adored them as soon as I touched and tried them on. But suddenly realize that the shoe size that I ordered came in a smaller size than my usual. So I reached out to Hypersoft, and surely they were able to help me out, gladly! I got to keep the pair that I ordered and they are sending me another pair that fits! Thank you Hypersoft! I will be ordering in the near future from you guys!
