My son is taught by Reuben who gives really clear instructions, lots of praise, which means my son is making excellent progress. He uses all of the time effectively.

Andrew and Kirstin are excellent teachers. They give the children confidence to enjoy learning to swim.

We have had a great experience with HydroKids! The teachers are all very friendly and dedicated. The small groups work really well and teachers are highly skilled and invested in supporting all the children with their next steps. My children have both improved so much in confidence and ability. Edward is an absolutely brilliant teacher, the children all like and respect him and love his lessons.

Great instructor Ed at Blue Coat School, very thorough and understanding of my daughter’s SEND and she really enjoys swimming now. He’s very clear with his instructions and is supportive.

Louie eves - Georgia - 1-1 sessions

Absolutely brilliant. Louie has ASD and sensory processing disorder and Georgia was calm, confident, caring, gave Louie the processing time he needing and a clear understanding. I cannot thank Georgia enough for the hard work she put in this week. Louie had a real fear of water and he’s completely over come this. We have been so impressed we have moved Louie’s swimming lessons from a Saturday to a Wednesday just so he can be with her!

My daughter attended the half term crash course at St. John’s Beaumont. She really improved her techniques and Melanie was great at encouraging her and improving her various strokes.
We will definitely be booking in again.

My daughter completed a swimming crash course over October half term, highly recommend. Georgia was a great teacher and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed her lessons. We have now signed up to weekly lessons.

We have done a 1:2:1 intensive course over the October half term. Our daughter has had previous group lessons and not enjoyed it and struggled.
She has been taught by Jess all week at Old Windsor - St John’s Beaumont School and her confidence has grown and her enthusiasm for swimming. Jess has taken time with her and encouraged her all the way through. We could have not asked for a better teacher. Thank you!

Good communication, reward of stickers after each session which the kids love! Ensures each kid get a turn and chance to practice the skills

Had previously been blown away by the swim club but recent disorganisation, poor communication and total disregard for a reasonable adjustment left us seeking an alternative.
In a climate where people are having to spend their cash wisely, I’d advise against Hydrokids. Such poor customer service as they take far too long to reply to concerns.

I went along today to watch my grandchildren swim.
I was impressed by the enthusiasm the teachers had.All very cheerful and the children all looked happy and having fun.Reddam School has a very nice pool, warm and inviting.

Students are accommodated well and I have really seen the progress made when taking them for casual swims after.

Highly recommend HydroKidz. My boys did a crash course ready for holiday over the start of summer and learned so much so quickly! They absolutely LOVED their sessions. They now do weekly lessons and have the best time. Instructors are brilliant and totally understand the children’s needs.

We bought our 2 boys to an intensive weeks swim in August and had Melanie and Emma as teachers. Emma was in the water and coaching our youngest and was hugely encouraging.
Melanie supported our eldest with stroke technique and stamina in the water.
Both had a really really good week and their swimming progressed just as I had hoped. As well as confidence and love of the water

Both my kids swim with Hydrokidz and love it, the classes are small and the teachers are brilliant. This holiday we did an intensive week course 1:1 and the progress my daughter has made in one week is amazing. Her skills and water confidence have come on leaps and bounds! Would definitely recommend.

My daughter was very nervous to start swimming lessons but has ended the week not wanting to stop! The teachers have been really great with her, very kind and patient. The class sizes have been very small which is great and they have used some brilliant methods in the classes to build their confidence. Thank you.

Anna she’e amazing swimming teacher. Our little one enjoyed his lessons and developed confidence in swimming.

Anna was a calm and encouraging teacher for my daughter. It was clear there was a concern for learning, she looked carefully at what was right and what needed refining. There was a clear improvement over the week. She looked forward to her lesson each morning during the summer crash course. The small group is an attractive feature of hydrokidz lessons. My daughter said it’s great there were only 2 of us as you don’t have to wait long for your turn. The structure of the lessons was excellent and the focus on a different stroke each day with clear recap and then overall covering of all the strokes on the last day was super.

Customer service is very poor. No one ready to answer the call nor give call back. Tried almost 4 - 5 times but no response
