Installation was fast, but they do not honor their customers warranty whatsoever if the customer does need help with their barrier, they just don’t respond. Basically you’re on your own after you install.

After everything our community went through with Hurricane Helene, we were exhausted in every way possible, mentally, physically, and financially. Rebuilding a home and a sense of normalcy is overwhelming. Working with HydraFloodPro was one of the very few parts of this entire process that was completely stress free and genuinely uplifting.

One of our biggest concerns was the look of the system. We had seen the bulky metal frames required for these types of installs and were worried it would take away from the appearance of our home. HydraFloodPro custom powder coated the frames to match our house color exactly. The result is seamless and honestly beautiful. It looks intentional, not industrial.

What really says it all is what happened next. Several of our neighbors who had been hesitant about installing a system changed their minds after seeing ours. They were blown away by how clean and professional it looked, and how straightforward the system is to set up if it is ever needed.

What we did not expect was the level of peace of mind this brought us. The team did not just install a system, they built our confidence. They took the time to walk us through how it works and made sure we felt completely comfortable. One of the most impressive features is that each slat has its own barcode. When scanned, it tells you exactly where that piece belongs on your home. There is no guessing, no trying to remember what goes where during a stressful situation. It is simple, organized, and incredibly well thought out.

Storage was another pleasant surprise. Multiple large windows or doors worth of panels take up no more space than a surfboard in the garage. It is compact, easy to store, and easy to access.

In the middle of a very trying time, this was a rare experience where everything went right. More importantly, it left us feeling prepared and confident instead of anxious.
