Hi I paid 165.00 dollars a month ago ordered 6 wigs , where are they ?I am financially strapped I want my wigs , send me them , where are they?
My youngest child wants to do cosplay I am building her up to be her own person and be involved in the arts and for me to spend 165.00 dollars and no response regarding those wigs has me truly upset.
I am in this covid pandemic mess as well along with grieving , I lost both my parents a week apart in April.

3 months still waiting😠
Please report this to FTC and BBB. I ordered items FEBRUARY 8, 2020. Still nothing I keep getting replies check the tracking number. Its invalid. Then the package has to clear customs. So with my 4000 followers Im sure they will share this review. I don't want the items now. Just want a refund asap. NEVER AGAIN!

This is a true scam! The wigs are less than costume quality! DO NOT waste your money!! Straight trash. They won't respond to emails. They should be reported as thieves!!

This is a scam!!!!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!. I ordered two wigs and I haven't received anything. It's been a month and a half. I email and get generic answers and fake transit information that don't work. I ask for a refund and they won't send me one. Please don't trust this site!!!!!

The wigs I received were just bad. They just look like plastic and there is no way I am able to wear them outside in public! Don’t waste your money on that page!

They advertise some flash looking wigs…but not what they send out
They advertise some flash looking wigs but they're not what you get sent. I ordered a really nice wig and received some piece of nonsense I wouldn't even wear to a fancy dress. I approached them as they advertise a returns policy which is lies. When approached they said send them a picture. I did and they said poor quality - and as it will cost me so much to return it we will refund me 20% ??? - and that I can give it away - and thank you for your understanding!! . This firm is rogue. You will receive rubbish. I have escalated to my paypal to deal with them - but to remind you paypay do not refund return postage which will cost you min of £16 for trackable minimum. Which is a condition of PayPal refund - won’t refund until client receives return? - Disgusting company to deal with. Literally stealing people's money.
