I never received my wigs? Almost 2 months nothing? Angry as hell I was robbed...

Your store isn't nothing but lies I didn't order these wigs no lace at all sent me altogether something different not what I ordered

This is by far the worst website ever!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ORDERED MY HAIR 2 MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVENT RECIEVED ANYTHING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR DAMN FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I should of known they was a scam. First time ever purchasing something from Facebook and they scammed me. I ordered hair from them and it's been 2 months and never received it. I tried to message them never got an respond. Guess I'll just have to except I lost $60

Yall messed with the wrong one.

So I wanted to treat myself on my birthday which was 4/21. So I came across hwinstore via facebook pop up and immediately ordered the BOGO that they were running. I paid $59.99 which could have bought me a very good quality wig or 2. I waited and waited for it to arrive obviously very excited. First they sent me a tracking number that doesn't work. The wigs arrived yesterday 6/11/202 after almost 2 months. The wigs they advertise are human hair, the wigs I received are the bad synthetic kind that I wouldn't dare put on my head. So being a struggling single mom I do not waste money so I sent them an email to let me know where I can send this extremely poor excuses of wigs back and someone had the audacity to suggest that they can give me 20% back and since it has high postage rates to ship they bad wigs back, I should just keep them or give them to friends. Really the wigs I received should not be in any market. The address that they were shipped from is 2352 Bent Creek, Auburn Alabama and the email they sent was talking about international shipping. They have scammed the wrong one.This business should be banned from scamming people on Facebook and I am sending them back for my full refund.

This site is a SCAM, it took 2 months before I received the order and the wigs were NOTHING like the pictures they advertise, no lace, bad quality and totally different styles. how can a company get away with this. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, total waste of money. I will continue to shop at my local wig shops.

I have one star ONLY because I couldn’t leave a written review without giving at least one star...but this company gets ZERO stars. I ordered and never received my wigs. I wish I had thought to read the reviews before I placed my order.....DO MOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Do not buy. I never received my package, and they knew it wasn’t received. Warning do not buy. I waited 3months and never got my wigs. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!

I Ordered a wig , in April and I never received it. I’m starting to think I was scam to . I’ll never order again.

Please don't order on this sit they stealing our money. My ordered has more then 8 weeks I never receive it. They're create this sit to steal us.

After seeing they had good reviews on there website i decide to pay $100 for buy one get one free wigs! I ordered them 2 months ago and they still haven’t came. Please don’t buy from here.

I ordered over 1 month ago and I still haven’t received my order. I will never order from it again.

1. It took 3 1/2 months to arrive. I sent several messages for tracking, then finally just asked for refund. I completely forgot that I order the “ lace front wigs “ when they finally arrived. Never got the refund!!!!! Or information on how to return to sender.
2. The wigs if you want to call them that weren’t lace front. Weren’t even the style I ordered. I dont know what it was. But they were made with two different types of hair. The top half a jerry curl ( soul glow ) and the bottom half of the wig was a loose deep wave). Cheap hair !!! Offer too good to be true.
3. Never again , it’s a SCAM.

This crap doesn't even deserve 1 star for this crappy site. ITS A SCAM DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMING ASS PEOPLE AND I CNT EVEN GET REFUNDED. I ORDERED 2 IN APRIL 2020 WE ARE IN JUNE 2020 AND I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED A THING IT WASNT UNTIL I READ THE REVIEWS THAT I REALIZED THIS IS A SCAM..

Horrible. I seen this bogus website on Instagram. I new it was to good to be true. To date I have not received anything. I notified my bank to do an investigation of my funds. It was buy one get one free 62.00 dollars. This is definitely a scam. It’s totally not worth the aggravation of contacting them at all they seem to be in China . It won’t happen again. They definitely need to report them to better business bureau. I DID NOT GET THE WIGS. A TOTAL SCAM

Do not buy....the wigs on this site are not the same as pictured

WHEN I TELL YOU THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER SEEN AND THEY WILL NEVER OWN UP TO IT. MY WIGS WAS A HOT MESS. ONE HAD MATERIAL COMING OUT OF IT AND THE OTHER ONE HAD TWO DIFFENT KINDS OF HAIR. THEY ARE GOING TO TELL ME TO GIFT IT TO SOMEONE. I WOULD NOT GIFT IT TO MY TRASH CAN!!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN IN LIFE. OH IT TOOK TWO MONTHS TO GET THE UGLY WIGS

Don't order from this website. They send garbage and expect you to love it and if you don't they only want to refund 20%. I paid extra to have the hair ship early for my wedding. It got to me late and it looks like crap. Putting the wig on I look like a cheap prostitute. Looks can be extremely deceiving, that's what happened to me. Please do not buy anything from the website!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! AGAIN, JUST DON'T! IT'S A SCAM! I RECIEVED DEFECTIVE AND WRONG MERCHANDISE. THEY REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO SEND BACK THEIR ITEMS. THEY OFFERED ME 20% REFUND, NOT THE FULL $59.87 I PAID. LETS PUT AN END TO THIS. REPORT THIS COMPANY AT econsumer.gov AND ALSO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK TO SEE IF YOU CAN GET A REFUND THROUGH A DISPUTE PROCESS.
