Hello, ladies. I am also unhappy with my order, which I never received. It been 3 months for me. They don't respond to your email at all. They took our USA dollars and gave or didn't give us s***!! So now ladies let's find a way to take them down. Sorry to all my ladies that lost their money to this bull s***! MBW!!

Its bad enough i had to wait 3 months, paid for express shipping then i get my order today and it looks absolutely nothing like i ordered. I am so disgusted... I want my money back it was supposed to be lace front. Its just a regular old wig with a part not natural looking at all like on the advertisements. False advertising.

Yup, I got catfished too. The wig looked like plastic and trashy. The curls weren't the same as the ad. The structure of the cap looked like something from the 70's. I couldn't even give this thing away. I need my moneyback ASAP. They're taking advantage of black women. I found this ad on IG.

I finally received the wig I ordered they actually could of kept it this wig is so cheap the hair is shedding it is not the wig I ordered nor is it a lace front it look just like the wig Angela Basset was wearing in whats love gots to do with it movie I will not ever order from this place again it is so sad how they took my money

I ordered 2 wigs got them they didn't look nothing like the pictures and I waited a long time getting them I ask for my money back they only give me %20 back want order form them again be careful they got me not again

I waited 3 months for my wigs to arrive they are garbage nothing like the video horrible quality the hair is shedding everywhere false advertising don't waste your money on this product it's a joke.I wish I can give them a zero I wish I would of read the reviews before I purchased them Very Disappointed 😕🤨😒

I get it two wigs 100% artificial.are for dolls , for human being is garbage, don’t spend your money even $1 because are not quality at all , when I try to return they allow give me 20% nothing this is America !, Facebook have to filter this kind of scammers, or get some refund policy.
I spent $80 dollars that money can I give to kids without food , if you can help me to recover the money I will put in kids without food.

I orderd 3months ago still haven t got anything yet and they gave me a tracking number that does not work i so pissed i will never order from them and its coming from china

I ordered my s*** April 17th and here it is almost July I had a rush order and steel for what still haven't got anything this is a scam and if this was scam my lawyer is going to be on and I'm going to sue the s*** out of whoever and whatever this don't make any sense I don't have money to be wasting like that and from the look that nobody haven't got there in order if this is a scam you b****** are going down. I want my motherfuking money back f*** them wigs I've been waiting to f****** long I order them because I needed it it's 2 months later and I still haven't got it so f*** you and then wigs and you'll be hearing from my lawyer b******

I wish I could give them a zero, they had a front store called Crostea, Inc whom I ordered from to later find out it was coming from Hwinstore. I have already reported both to BBB Scam and started proceeding with PayPal to get my money back. I never received the product and it has been over 1 month since I placed the order and no one is responding through the only contact of email address. No phone number of course! Buyer Beware!!! Stay Away!!!

I ordered my wigs in April 2 for the of one no tracking number wow what can we do to stop this scam??? There got to be away we can stop them

I didn't get my wigs yet I ordered early may and it's June and I payed for fast delivery and still nothing

This is the worst website to make any orders..I ordered 2 wigs and either one of them is what I ordered..SMFH JUST TERRIBLE.PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I never write reviews, but this experience was TERRIBLE. I ordered my wigs in APRIL and I just got the wigs today (June 22). I even emailed information and requested for a refund and they just keep the wigs and they said: "please be patient." Not even addressing the problem, but I left it alone. Then when I opened the wigs, they were NOTHING like the pictures that were on the website!! The wigs felt TERRIBLE. I guess you get what you pay for because I got 4 wigs for less than 100. I just wish they weren't misleading us on their website! I am going to try to get a refund because I am quite furious!!

I ordered 3 on April and like everyone else same excuse,no number, Now tracking number is not found or exist. How can we go by suing if it's a scam? How can they be tracked down? We all need to bring them down. That's awful robbing innocent people with disability, elders,Cancer and everyone else. It's messed up no one should go thru that. It's hard enough as it is

After waiting weeks for these products to arrive, found out that they are NOTHING, I mean NOTHING like the pictures. NO LACE FRONT with that natural looking hairline they advertised. They look like a doll's head. Very bad and deceiving advertisement. I was misled by the ad that looked so exciting for wig heads. I would like my money back. The lesson I have learned is to NEVER buy hair online again.

wow, hindsight is everything right?! - had I known about these horrible reviews, I would have never ordered anything from hwinstore.com yes, I'm calling you out by name - I want my money back!! every dime - did I miss some fine print somewhere? it would probably cost more money for me to sue, then what I actually paid for the wigs...I just want what's fair, either what I paid for or a full refund

I got my Godmother a gift card for $100 because she rarely spends money on herself and I wanted to treat her. She spent $60 on these wigs. I should have looked up site first, but she seemed so excited to get wigs.....it’s been almost a month and I messaged them. They said package was seized by customs.... which makes no sense. They say they will resend. When I asked for tracking info asap they tell me to “ be patient and just wait” I’m going to talk to her tomorrow and dispute charge. It’s just disappointing bc what was supposed to be nice surprise for an awesome woman that works hard is just a scam. The people running this company either Don’t know or don’t care who they hurt when they steal. It’s a shame.
