Amazing experience renting my dress through this platform! The whole process was seamless—from browsing and booking to delivery and return. The dress arrived in perfect condition, exactly as shown in the pictures, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Customer service was also fantastic—responsive, helpful, and professional throughout. Such a convenient, affordable, and sustainable way to wear designer outfits. Great service
Great service, delivered right on time, and everybody loved it. The dress was such an icebreaker — it became a real conversation starter, and so many people came up to speak to me because of it. I absolutely love the service.
This is the second time I’ve used it, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. It’s such a great concept because normally you wear a dress once and then don’t want to wear the same one to another event. Renting just makes so much sense.
I also love that it’s sustainable and better for the planet, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you so much — I’m really, really enjoying your service

Hiring a gorgeous occasion dress via Hurr could not have been easier - the user experience was great, the quality of the dress was fantastic and the communication with the dress owner could not have been better. I have already teed up two more hires and would definitely recommend to anyone, especially those entering a summer full of events!

Really poor experience with no…
Really poor experience with no communication from Hurr customer service or the dress provider. Requested and paid for a dress with dates selected shown available. Completed ID checks and have received no update other than my request has expired and my refund will take 5-10 days. What a total scam and waste of time! I have tried to message the provider Loan my Look with no communication either. Why an earth is payment taken when a brand can just let a request expire 48 hours later? Useless- will use one of the many other providers instead!

Hi Grace, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration.
HURR operates as a marketplace, so there are two different types of rentals on the platform:
HURR Managed items, which are accepted immediately
Peer-to-peer items, where we do need to wait for the individual lender to respond and accept the request manually
In this case, the lender unfortunately wasn’t able to accept your booking request before it expired.
We also just wanted to clarify that payments are not actually taken until a request is accepted. The amount you saw was only a payment authorisation, and as the request expired, those funds should automatically disappear from your bank statement within a day or two depending on your bank, so your money has not been charged or held long term.
Most lenders on HURR do respond and accept requests very quickly, and we’d genuinely love the opportunity for you to try us again in future.

Would recommend Hurr, it is a quick and easy process, and the lender I used was great.
