Loved my dress. Nat was so helpful, will be renting again!

This was my first go at hiring a dress for a family wedding and was not disappointed.
The service and communication with Hayley was super supportive, especially for a first timer who was a little unclear of the process.
The dress arrived in good time, was in excellent condition and the whole hire was really straightforward.
I then extended the hire for a ball !!
I will hire again !!

Great experience, lender communicated quickly and all was explained step by step. Really happy. Will definitely continue to use for next event.

Fantastic collection, so much to choose from and all my favourite designers. Dress arrived promptly and literally ready to wear. Renter kept me in the loop, clear messages explaining when the dress would arrive along with clear tracking number

I love using Hurr because it gives me access to beautiful, standout pieces that I wouldn’t usually find on the high street. It’s perfect for those memorable outfits that make an impact, but wouldn’t necessarily be economical to buy outright when you may only wear them once or twice. Most importantly, it feels good knowing I can enjoy fashion without contributing as much to fast fashion, and do my little bit for the planet at the same time.

Organised and easy to use !

Hurr is an exceptional clothes rental service. I have been using them for 2 years now and rented 4 different dresses from them. Service has always been great and the website is easy to follow, i've saved £1,500 by renting these dresses instead of buying. If you're hesitant about using a clothing rental service, let this be your sign to choose HURR!

Super useful for last minuet wedding rental!

HURR saved the day! I ordered my gown last minute and it got delivered right on time for the wedding. The gown was beautiful, fitted perfectly and it was in great condition. Thanks to Sandra for sending her dress and fast and friendly communication. I am definitely using HURR again.

Great platform and great choice

Absolutely appalled by my experience with HURR.

A renter stole my Celine sunglasses, and when I used HURR’s so called “protection” policy, I was offered a payout so low it wouldn’t even cover the cost of buying a second hand replacement, never mind replacing them like for like.

The protection policy is purposefully misleading. At no point is it made clear that if your item is lost or stolen, HURR can simply apply their own depreciation formula and pay you whatever they decide it’s worth, regardless of the actual replacement cost.

So my item is stolen, now I can’t replace it, and I’m left out of pocket while the renter gets to keep the item and HURR hides behind their vague protection terms. It’s outrageous.

This has completely destroyed my trust in the platform. I’ll be deleting my account after this experience.

My advice to anyone considering lending on HURR is just don’t bother, unless you’re prepared to risk having your items stolen with no protection.

I feel completely misled, and I would never trust HURR with valuable items again.

Edited to add that HURR have only offered me 65% of the price I paid, not 85% as they suggested. I would have been happy to accept 85% if that had been offered to me

The item was not £330 as suggested, the receipt shows I purchased them for £440, and the £220 was another item purchased at the same time, so you have just decided yourselves that the purchase price was £330. So this is still unfair in my eyes and I don't believe a proper assessment of the value was given.
However I'm sure you will come up with a reason of why the figure of 65% was appropriate.

Fabulous experience! More sustainable way to be fashion forward

Love Hurr and generally had a great experience when I've rented items. The only bad one I've had was when a dress was sent to me the day before a big event in an unwearable condition. I had no time to get to the post office to return it that day and so was charged the full amount for the rental, even though the lady renting it to me said I didn't have to send it back to her that day. I think Hurr should have at least part refunded me but they just said that it was their policy which wasn't great. Other than that experience though, its been great
