From the time I decided to use Hubb David has been my advisor. He has been extremely helpful with everything, patient when I've asked too many questions and always available when needed. He was thorough and professional throughout but also friendly. Excellent advisor and service.

I want to thank Laura for making me feel at ease by clearly running through and explaining details concerning my pension. Generally, I feel very uncomfortable discussing financial and personal medical matters with a stranger, but she was very sensitive, understanding, professional and refreshingly good humoured. Every aspect of the procedure was explained with complete transparency and appropriate timings were met.
Ashley was always rigorous in explaining the nature of ER and there were no surprises at any stage.
