Great content and relaxed.

Recently I received F gas training from HSS West Bromwich branch. It was an amazing experience. My trainer Mr Mkhwanzi and Mr Ian ware great with their teaching abilities and helped me a lot to know F gas regulations and handling procedures for refrigerant in such short time. Thanks to the team again.

The course material was good throughout. The course instructor, Adam Todd, course tutor, was excellent. Adam prepared us all week for the final exam, couldn't have wished it to go better than it did.

This was my first experience with a virtual learning experience, it was much more effective and enjoyable than what I thought. I completed the SMSTS course. Adam delivered the course and was very concise with the subjects we needed to cover. Adam gave everyone a good understanding of the concept of all The CDM Regs, RIDDOR regs etc. Adam was engaging and was always happy to help if any delegates had any queries. An overall good course. A brilliant course for someone looking to pursue a career in the construction industry.

Really informative and engaging experience, combined with a great trainer in Adam Todd, who, by his own testament, has worked in the industry for many years, much like myself. This made the training highly relevant and directly applicable to my daily role as a Project Lead.

My trainer Mark Spencer was very professional throughout. He was extremely patient as far as questioning consistently throughout the course.

WARNING – Stay Away From This Company

Avoid this company if you can.

( My advice is simple: instead of paying higher prices to companies like this, book directly with ECITB. It is more reliable, often cheaper, and gives you much greater peace of mind.)
Their website showed available appointment slots, so we booked and paid immediately. We were told we would receive a confirmation email within a few hours, but it never arrived.

The next day we called and were told there were actually no appointments available because of a "system error." However, the same appointment slots were still showing as available on their website.

If your system has a problem, why are you taking customers' money?

Because of their mistake, we lost two days, bought train tickets, planned our trip, and even looked for a hotel. Only then were we told there was no appointment.

We were promised that a manager would call us within 30–40 minutes, but nobody ever contacted us. They offered an appointment in another city but refused to cover any of the extra travel costs caused by their mistake.

HSS training. SMSTS Colney Heath FC. Trainer Bob Carrier. Throughly enjoyed the five day course. Trainer kept it engaging throughout and interesting learnt a lot and met some great people along the way. Highly recommend anyone who’s looking to their SMSTS course. Book it through HSS at colney Heath FC. 5 stars

Micheal was very good, informative and relaxed with passing on knowledge.

Michael did our safe isolation training at willand. He was amazing, very attentive making sure we knew all the little details and explained everything very well. Very much recommended 👌🏻
