Hoveroo customer service is spot on
Hoveroo customer service is spot on. I cannot fault them. I had a small issue with velcro straps which was sorted out and replaced faster than most companies can reply to an email. They actually take the time to listen and help you out if you encounter an issue. I would recommend them to anyone looking to use this company.
Glad I chose hoveroo.
So glad I chose hoveroo. While initially they sent the wrong item they were super quick to respond to my email send out a return shipping label and then organise the correct item. So easy to deal with. And of course the hoverboard is exactly as described works well. We got one because our neighbour has the same one and hasn't had any issues with theirs for more than 2yrs they've owned it. So we bit the bullet and ordered our own
We bought the Hoverboard and Hoverkart…
We bought the Hoverboard and Hoverkart combination and our twin 10 year old boys absolutely loved it.
It had an electrical issue and the Hoveroo customer service staff member Maryde was fabulous to deal with and all was 100% resolved.
Very much appreciated the aftersales service, was faultless and the twins now have a smile that could only be surgically removed!

Great Customer Service
I purchase the Hoveroo for my son for Christmas last year. He absolutely loves it, it has great power and goes up hills well. Unfortunately it had an error an the motor stopped working. In contacted the company and they were extremely efficient in responding and sent us out a brand new Hoveroo to replace it. We didn’t have to go to any hassle with retuning the faulty product, just took a video to show the problem and that was all. Couldn’t have been happier with their service and very grateful for the efficient replacement!!
I purchased my daughter a hoverboard…
I purchased my daughter a hoverboard for her birthday and about a month ago it just wouldn’t turn on. We emailed with a video of our concern and have received an email back saying they will be sending out a brand new hoverboard. Great experience.

Excellent customer service!
I've had a very positive experience with Hoveroo. The customer service was great and the item was shipped promptly and received within a couple of days. We purchased Muddy Chef Mud kitchen for our son's 2nd Birthday and had a few issues with it. Joana from customer service replied wthin an hour and dealing with her was a pleasure from the start. She was respectful, understanding and keen to help us get the best possible solution. They replaced our mud kitchen without any issues. Not at all what I was expecting!
Impossible to get in touch with!
Initially when purchasing my daughter’s hoverboard everything was great with regards to purchasing and shipping. Unfortunately after opening it on Xmas day we have had nothing but trouble, so I sent an email to try to have the issue resolved. That was 3 weeks ago! I have followed up every week since my initial email and still no reply. I have one disappointed little girl who can’t use her Xmas present.

With some struggles at the start to then getting in contact with zia things turnaround very quickly, the support was amazing, her communication and commit to resolving our issues was tremendous

Resolved my issue with the hoover board charging on two occassions. Glad to know my kids can continue to enjoy playing with it.

hoverboard and hovercart…
Received our hoverboard and hovercart and our daughter has loved it. One of the straps broke and the customer service were excellent responding and arranging a replacement strap. Broke due to being scraped along the ground when a child leaned back too much on hovercart. User rather than product error.
I love the hoverboard and recommend Hoveroo
I love the hoverboard and recommend buying one from Hoveroo. Our son is very fortunate to have received lots of toys in his life, but he loses interest in them very quickly. The hoverboard is the only toy that my son plays with consistently, so it is a GREAT investment. Our hoverboard stopped working after 11 months of use in December 2025. Hoveroo assisted me with troubleshooting tips and rectified the situation in February 2026. It took a bit of time to get there as our matter had to be escalated within the company, but I was very pleased with the outcome and the fact that my son can once again play with his favorite toy.
I strongly advise against purchasing…
I strongly advise against purchasing any product from this company. Their level of service is appalling and furthermore we ordered 2 hoverboards, 1 lasted less than a few days, the replacement last less than an hour. But the real issue is how long it took them to respond to the initial issue and even worse when trying to get a refund due to 2 faulty boards. Though the customer service is disgraceful with no accountability for faulty products or poor communication.
Hoveroo Pedalpals Trike
Late last year I purchased a Pedalpals Trike for our Grandson's first birthday. He loves the bike/trike and it is well used. We love the Parent Push handle as he is still a little small to push the bike himself. We also like the quality of the trike and the ease of assembly. Recent we misplaced one of the pedals and we reached out to customer support to see if they could help us with the problem. Although they were slow to respond to the initial email, they were able to help us with a new pedal and the follow up has been good.
Amazing delivery time and service
I forgot to order the birthday present! I placed the order on a Wednesday (Party was Saturday) and to my absolute surprise it was delivered on Thursday.
Shipped in less than 4 hours anfter order placed and was delivered less than 24 hours later.
We charged it and the birthday girl was zooming around on Saturday.
The charge lasts a longer than any of the other boards we own.
The color is amazing.
The customer service has been nothing but exceptional. Checking up on the order after it was delivered. Assisting as much as possible with changing the name on the order so my sister could pick it up.
Easy ordering system. Simple and effective. What more could you want?!

I would’ve given them 10 stars if I could.
I purchased my youngest a hoverboard Christmas 2024, she has absolutely LOVED it, and believe me it hasn’t had an easy life - kids will be kids. However a few weeks ago the hoverboard had a moment and I figured it just needed a recalibration via the power butting but that was not the case, it was blinking a consecutive code that pointed towards a motherboard / circuitry issue.
I emailed Hoveroo and within 24hrs had a response - they requested footage of the blinking pattern to confirm the issue, which I replied to with a video and explained how my kids absolutely love the hoverboard and that because I purchased it 2024 it would most likely be out of its warranty period now. Within another 24hrs I had a reply stating it was a motherboard issue, and that although it was now out of warranty that Hoveroo would be glad to send out a replacement hoverboard at no extra cost. I was gob-smacked! As a single father with 2 kids I barely held back tears, the understanding and generosity was like nothing I’ve experienced through contact with a support team, and no automated message crap either - genuine replies with genuine understanding and warmth. I can’t thank Zia and the support team at Hoveroo enough and I don’t have the words to even bring me close, this was hands down my 6 yr olds favourite Christmas present and as a single dad who has recently purchased a house to call a home for us there was just no way I was going to be able to replace the hoverboard without waiting for a significant reason like a birthday or Christmas so the amount of weight this has taken off my shoulders is massive. Will definitely be recommending Hoveroo to friends and family and will also be purchasing my 8yr old the off road version come her birthday in April. Hands down the best experience I’ve had regarding and fault or issue with a product I’ve purchased, EVER!
