My kids, ages 10 and 5, absolutely LOVE their hoverboards that they got for Christmas 2020. They even have the attachment that turns them into a go cart for outdoor riding in the summertime. They are still in excellent condition!! Great product!! Highly recommend anyone to buy one! My only suggestion for improvement, and this is kind of a joke with me and my husband, would be if they were also a vacuum cleaner!! 😉🤣🤣

1 star because there is no ZERO. They scammed me. Send a defective one, TWICE!! Made me "decommission" it, take it apart, cut wires, remove parts and send them the pictures. They said they send a replacement--- THAT WAS NOVEMBER 5th. NOW IGNORING EMAILS!!

These are not the best quality. The battery life is horrible! I live in Michigan and we haven't been able to go outside with it yet but the battery dies with just the little time they ride it inside. The instructions also state that the battery signal on the hoover board will turn yellow warning you your battery is getting low. This is also not the case. It just turns red and doesn't stop beeping until you turn it off. No warning at all. VERY disappointed with the company. You can't write a review on their page either. They only show you the positive review!

Ordered a hoverboard and it is faulty. Now their whole website has disappeared from the internet. Total scammers!! Do not use these people

Bought a hoverboard for my son. It's too much and, if I wasn't there to catch him, he would've been hurt. It didn't roll more than 5 feet total and they are refusing the return because the box was opened and the board was slightly used.

Hoverboards.com has to be the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Hoverboard sent me a damaged electric scooter, after I contacted them them told me they would contact management. They requested several photos on multiple occasions, which I provided. They did nothing except used delayed tactics. I have been dealing with this for over two months, and I am confident they have officially blown me off. I requested a phone number to speak with staff and the refused to provide a number and responded that they only do customer service through email. I attempted to even buy new parts, they would not even assist me with this. This was the biggest waste of $400 and this company should be ashamed of how they treat customers. They stole my money and provided a damaged product that they are not willing to repair!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Please STAY AWAY!! BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE OTHER THEN HOVERBOARDS.COM. TERRIBLE!!!

Terrible customer service sent the wrong item. Bought a nice hover board and received junk. Do not buy.

Purchased a hoverboard for my daughters birthday who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. To this day I have not received my product and July 6 will be her birthday again and she still has no hoverboard. They will not answer the phone or respond. I cannot understand how they can do this to children. I don’t have a lot of money so I am still hoping that they will eventually respond or send me the money back.

If I Could leave a 0star rating I would! I ordered a hoverboard for a Christmas gift for my son. He literally got 15minutes of ride time on a fully charged battery. It has not worked since!!! I have called 3 times only to not get a return call. Also emailed 3 times and filled out the form online. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

It's a scam. Ordered what was supposed to be a top of the line hoover board and received something totally different. Supposedly "U.S Based", but I have my doubts. Will be reporting to BBB. I should have checked there before purchase. Live and learn.

I wish I could leave a zero. I bought a hoverboard from hoverboard.com 11/15/2020 received it 11/24. One tire keeps going flat and it only retains charge for 1-2 hours. And it is used inside. Called hoverboard three times and sent email and no response.

You’ll be sorry. He got me good. Right in the wallet. Got a board for my nephew after he had a atv accident. Was in hospital for days. The board stopped charging A MONTH LATER. $300 gone. Business ignoring my emails. Someone needs to file a massive lawsuit. I’m upset.

Please file a complaint with the BBB and FBI to get them closed They shouldn’t be in business

This company is a SCAM I bought 2 hoverboards back in June due to COVID said might be delayed 2 months later I received a t-Shirt for over 160.00 this had no tags and wasn’t even in a bag . Parcel came in a cheap envelop but I thought someone just stole it . I tried to contact hoverboard.com and no one had yet emailed me back. But I really needed them so reordered and to my surprise I got a pair of glasses so this time had all of right info plus pictures and still no one has contacted me. As I want a full refund. Since I’m not American live in Canada looks like I will never see my money back so I hope your better business bureau investigates this company as I got scammed .they now who I am

I ordered a board from them on 9-25-20. I have yet to receive any information on shipping. I called and left a voicemail and sent a email 9-28-20 with zero response. I filed a fraud complaint with my bank and FTC.

Well we ordered our hoverboard from Hoverboards.com on Sept 6th it said on the website they would deliver it in four business days, so we waited... and waited I looked at the reviews and they’re all pretty bad however I assumed it was late die to covid so we waited some more and checked the status on their website you log in (if you scroll to the bottom) and you can see the UPS tracking number it sat under pending pick up for a long while FINALLY I checked it one day and it finally said shipped!!! So we got our hoverboard today (Oct. 1st) and my boy is so excited! It was worth the wait! Thank you hoverboard for giving my little boy something to do during this horrible pandemic we are very grateful that you all are doing your best under the Circumstances.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

These reviews make me extremely upset. I already paid for a hover board for my son and the website said it was in stock then they send me an emails stating that they don’t have the color I ordered in stock and that it won’t ship until two days before his birthday party. I’m a struggling single mother and this just breaks my heart because now I basically know my baby may not have a present for his 11th birthday from me. They should not be allowed to do this to people. I know I should have been smarter about it and read these reviews before I ordered but I was just so excited and proud that I was able to do this for him and now I may be ripped off and can’t afford to go buy another one.... I’m so upset and sad right now. I just can’t believe this mess...😓

This company has had my money for 20 day’s and I still have no shipping date or tracking number. I have called, I have used their on line chat service which just email, and I have emailed directly for 10 days straight with no reply from them at all. I ordered a board that was in stock and according to the web site they ship with in 1-3 days. 20 days later and no ship date or tracking #
I’m thankful I paid through PayPal and I have filed a case with them to get my money back.
I wish I could give negative star.

I have had to involve the state police, federal trade commision and several others.This site is completely fraudulent people need to get together and start a class action lawsuit..
