Worst Customer Service! I bought a new Hooverboard for my Nephew for Christmas. When it arrived they did not send the color I ordered and the color I got was not a teen males color. I returned it unused never taken out of the box and I am having a horrible time getting my refund. First of all they want a 30 percent restock fee. They sent me the WRONG item and they expect me to pay for their mistake. They have had the board for a week and no refund has been started. I have contacted them multiple times with no help!

DO NOT BUY FROM HOVERBOARDS.COM!!!

I purchased the item and received it quickly, that’s all the positives I have to say. It stopped working after a few days of use and now I can’t get ahold of anyone at this “company.” The chat is never available and they conveniently don’t have a listed phone number. I will be filing a complaint

Hoverboard didn’t function correctly. Months of emails promising returns and never a solution, fix or refund. SCAM SITE! Stay away!

Wish I would have researched this company prior to buying a hoverboard from them. The hoverboard isn't working - right out of the box. I emailed - replied directly to the first email as it indicated. Then emailed to a support email address 2 days later. Still no response. Now I am out $300. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

My grandson has used his hoverboard h8 3 times when a fault occurred
I was told by a hoverboard repair shop in Leeds the motherboard had a fault, having contacted customer service at IHoverboard they put my mind at ease  they are sending me another motherboard so I can get it fixed for my grandson, he will be over the moon, thank you Ihovercraft, amazing customer service

This company is a complete scam. Says based in the US…that’s a load, it’s a warehouse in Wisconsin with products from China. They have false advertisements about the capabilities of their products and that items are in stock but they don’t have the stock. They will sell out of stock items and collect tax, refund for the item but keep the tax. They take weeks to respond to emails and do not have a phone number listed. Stay clear of this scam company. They need to be shut down.

I don't no if anyone can help me. But I order a electric scooter off a site called scoot4kids!! Yet on my bank statements say hoverboard.com! Well anyway was a Christmas present for my son word fine 1st day then 2 day all the screw came flying out and the thing collapsed on my son he badly hurt him self!! Tried to contact them yet there no way in contacting them and there phone number is a mobile number I ring it and says voicemail welcome to Luca mobile please leave a message is all I get! Wondering if anyone else had any problems or even heard off this company before! When I 1st order I thought I was scammed because when I tried to track it it kept saying order number didn't exist! Was so happy once I got it but now I think maybe I was still scammed that they are clearly selling faulty goods

Wish I had read reviews first. Terrible customer service that ended with canceling my order after weeks of trying to get an answer on why the order never shipped. They tried to play it off claiming they had sent me a email with information. Thankfully I did get my money back which was the only thing they did right.

WARNING. DON’T BUY from hoverboards.com they will disappear on you. I sent back my brand new board that never worked, paid for shipping and they kept the board and my money. They deceived me with a UPS tracking number that never left their facility back to my address and stopped replying my emails.

Filing small claims against them.For the maximum. First time ever having to do this.

If I could, I would give Hoverboards.com ZERO stars. They have the worst customer service I have encountered, and that is saying a lot. They would not respond to multiple emails until I threatened to stop payment on my item. When I attempted to contact their "live" chat line during business hours, it doesn't work. Just don't do business with them!!!!!!! Their marketing tricks you to think they are the original brand and a raved about company, but my experience is exactly the opposite! Look at Better Business Bureau before buying anything from them.

I wish I would have looked into this site before I ordered one for Christmas. The hoverboard worked until the batteries needed recharged and it won’t recharge. Sent off a warranty claim and have had no response at all after 4 days. There is no phone number and the chat box won’t even let me click on it. They are putting down Amazon but their website is extremely misleading! Overpriced junk with 0 customer support.

Inputted a less than 5 star review on their website and they never approved it. Pretty interesting they only approve what the feel they want to. Customer service seems to be NON EXISTENT. I have been waiting on a replacement part for a hover board and kart we ordered last December 2022 for Christmas. Kart came damaged out of the box. Here we are 8 months later and still nothing sent out. There's been probably 8 emails on this with the standard "we'll have someone get back to you later today" response for 8 months now. Do yourself a favor, roll with another hoverboard business.

It's been a horrible experience with hoverboard. The first hoverboard had a recall I had to jump through hoops to get the new board. Finally got the new board in charged it and it didn't work. Had to jump through more hoops send pictures videos. They have all of our information. Horrible customer service. I would never recommend purchasing a hoverboard. They had some of them catching on fire. And some that run on their own.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are a SCAM. We got a hoverboard that was obviously used and it wasn't working. We had to still pay for shipping to send it back. They sent us the same hoverboard in worse condition. They will NEVER EVER EVER EVER answer your call. If you buy from them you are taking a huge chance on getting scammed. I am STILL trying to get a working hoverboard that is new from them. If they send me a new hoverboard which is what I paid for but they mislead me, then I will change my review. But right now they are treating me like I am a joke, like I am a piece of scum that they can just ignore and sell faulty and used hoverboards.

Ordered a go kart attachment for my grand daughter for her birthday, birthday came and went over a week ago and still it hasnt even been shipped so the 100k satisfied customers cant be real.

We purchased a hoverboard for my 9 year old daughter. Unit arrive in time for Christmas, and all was good. She cracked that baby open and it did not work. I could hear things rattling around inside. To be honest, I blew it. I didn't check reviews on this company, and I see 85% are not good. Anyway, sent it back to be diagnosed, and after reading some reviews, I hope little Emmy is not in college by the time I see a replacement. Buyer beware!

I ordered what I thought was an upgraded Hoverboard for my daughter after she has owned 2 Razor Boards previously. I paid nearly $400 and when the board arrived it kept cutting off randomly. After I contacted the company they had me do a recalibration and it did not work. I then had to return the faulty board at my cost. And it has now been 5 weeks and haven't been sent a repaired or replacement board. Horrible customer service, no number to reach anyone. Terrible experience. Razor is MUCH better.

I have purchased three hoverboards from hoverboards.com. Things to know: first two hoverboards running strong after two years, very happy(both the smaller model). The third was the x2 Z5 model. The z5 model ran fine for 3-4 months but stopped taking charge. When it originally arrive it smelled like it was from a fire sale (all boxes/package equip as well) and still smells almost year later…. So, can’t find batteries if you do there quite expensive unless you want to buy straight from manufacture with 50 minimum order. They say they triple check them, I very doubt they even see them, they say ships in one day, I could walk and get them sooner, brag about being “US” company, product comes in three boxes all stamped China, say 24hr/7 day a week costumer service… maybe if you can find some magical way to get ahold of them… maybe smoke signal… overall I would probably buy again, just keep in mind the possibilities that may await for you.

One star is generous. Unit stopped working 2 days past warranty. Ordered replacement motor, paid, and never received. Contacted four times and told it was on it's way. NOPE. Finally canceled order. Not sure how they stay in business. Their site has great reviews, they must write themselves. BEWARE!!!!!
