Don't spend your money here. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt for being busy around the holidays but here we are a month after and they're no longer responding to my messages and I'm probably going to have to do a chargeback.

DO NOT BUY HERE !!! I purchased a set of extended wheel lugs and was sent the complete wrong set. Worst customer service I have ever seen - I've attempting to contact someone via email ( the only option as there is no help number) at the company for 5 days now and have still gotten absolutely no response. If you value your money or good customer service go elsewhere, as this company is a complete scam.

The Intake sounds great on my arteon!!! Highly recommend for anyone on the same platform.

Zero customer support, they've charged me for the items they don't even have in stock (item that was discontinued) was not able to get a hold of anybody for months or cancel the order...

Ridiculous, unprofessional and poor service. Customer service does not respond and they cancelled the order without any justification.

It took me multiple rounds and seven months of ignored emails to get a chargeback on my card, and it came from the bank. This company and Sito Durano are garbage and should not be trusted under any circumstances.

If I can give zero star, I would. I must log one star to share my experience. Modded Euros refused to give out mailing and phone contact information. The guy named Sean there claimed "only online retail sales." That was incredible. Ask yourself if you have troubles with your purchase, what you would do to resolve. Buyers, beware of the cheaters.

Horrible, the lot of em. Placed an order well over six months ago. Received a response twice in that period stating that my order was “processing.” Didn’t answer my questions about timeline. Didn’t acknowledge requests for a refund. It’s been months since I’ve heard back from them. They drag it out until you stop caring and let them keep the money. I’m sure the BBB is on them but I hope they shape up or shut down.

Ordered a vacuum element for my daughters 84 300DT on 7/2 -- they billed Discover the same day. The last I heard from them was 8/5 saying the order was still in process and I would be informed of any updates. I have sent 3 e-mails over the months (11/7 today) which have not been replied to. They do not answer the phone, this is like dealing with the Tar Baby, remember that old story? Time to call Discover. WWA

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!! THEY IMMEDIATELY TAKE THE PAYMENT THEN HAVE NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL WITH YOU AND GIVE YOU NO RECEIPT OR CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER. YOU MIGHT AS WELL LIGHT YOUR MONEY ON FIRE!!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

I have ordered from modded euros once and it was a good experience, my second order they sent me the wrong parts, and told me after I already installed the part and wanted me to remove it and send it back which at the time I couldnt do, ive reached out recently like 6 times or more to get an answer and they ghosted me after responding to me 1 time, I eventually went to the manufacturer ARM motorsports and they made it right even though it was the responsibility of modded euros, I would recommend buying straight from the company or ECS tuning, do not bother giving Modded Euros your money, there is better options like ECS and ShopDap which have awesome sales and support, not sponsored lol

DO NOT ORDER from this scam outfit. Paid for an item a month ago, was meant to ship in 4 days. Subsequent emails assured me "still processing". Recent emails have not been replied to. Highly unprofessional.

Totally worthless company. Don’t do business with this scam company! Ordered a part that didn’t ship. Requested a refund and never heard back. Disputed charge on my credit card and then they shipped the damn part 4 weeks later. Jerks!!!!’

I have ordered thousands of dollars from Modded Euros but NEVER AGAIN. They are clearly not the same company and scamming people now. I ordered a part in July that showed 3 day shipping. The item is still showing processing. I have gotten one response from Modded Euro's and they said it was a warehouse issue. They provided no other updates and the item is still processing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Sito Durano The customer service rep is useless. Ordered a CT’s throttle pipe on July 27 and a CT’s turbo outlet pipe. I received the outlet pipe ( never got a tracking number though) still waiting on the throttle pipe sent email after email and got oh it’s in process, no other follow up.

Ordered a cold air intake for MK7 GTI, on June 24 2024. Tried to get a hold them by phone, you customer service does not exist. Message us on facebook or email us...what a joke, get message working on the issue or checking with the warehouse. Asked numerous times just give me money back, no answer. Had to put in a dispute with my bank. Used before, never again. DO NOT USE Them

We’re in the same boat as many, charged over $1200 the day the order was placed in early July and we are now just shy of two months. No way to contact anyone by phone and no response to any emails asking for updates. We have now disputed the charge with our credit card company because they have left us with no other choice. DO NOT waste your time with this company, buy elsewhere. Sadly, we ordered from them in the past without a problem but will never again.

After ordering a cold air intake for my Audi S5 with a described shipping estimate of three business days, it has now been close to a month and modded euros has gone dark in terms of following up with me. I got two emails from a person named Ken who said they were checking with the shipping department. I requested an escalation and he committed to checking with the shipping warehouse manager. After that, I have never heard back despite multiple emails. Their 800 number has an unattended voicemail and I’ve even reached out to the cofounder on LinkedIn, without response, of course. I have submitted a dispute for the charge with my bank and I am awaiting resolution. I will never order from them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Can’t believe I have to even give this place a single star!!!

Like everyone else I was scammed by a company that once was good!
Placed an order July 5th have sent multiple emails to cancel my order and have never gotten a single response! I’ve filed multiple cc disputes and just want my refund and my order canceled!
See some of these people have had luck with canceling orders. I have not and I’m still being charged!! Shut this place down!!

These people will scam you. Do not try to buy from them. Took my money and no parts. They won't return your email requests for help. They have my money and trying to get a refund.
